1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, there continues to be periods when there is a great deal, or apparently a great deal of improvement in the general physical forces of the body - and periods when there is the lapsing again into those disturbing influences and forces that make for greater irritation, the lack of animation, the influences when apparently there is less coordination between the mental and physical forces of the body.
4. Yet as we find, there IS a greater improvement, gradually.
5. Rather than there being the daily use of enemas, we find that the use of colonic irrigations - every two or three days - would make for the greater response, and bring about a great deal better conditions for the body.
6. The general activities in EVERY manner need to be more those to create better and greater confidences, as it were, between those who would administer helpful forces for the body AND the body itself.
7. The use of the Gold for the body will be inclined to make for better coordination between the mental AND the active physical forces of the body.
8. These then we would do.
9. And we would keep the general suggestions that have been given - as to administrations, as to diet, as to those suggestive forces and treatments for the body, in line with those things given.
10. The greater change would be - not so many enemas but MORE of the colonic irrigations to remove the poisons from the colon area.
11. Of course, a vegetable laxative rather than a mineral would be more helpful for this body - as those combinations

in which the active principle is senna - such as in Castoria or Syrup of Figs and the like. These will be better as the eliminants.
12. But when the colonics are given, be sure these are body-temperature, no colder and not much or any hotter; and that there IS an antiseptic used with same - the agar or Petrolagar as we find would be the MOST helpful for this particular body; about three tablespoonsful of this stirred in the last quart or two quarts of water used AFTER the irrigation has been given, see?
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Has the present nurse, [...], a helpful disposition and attitude toward this patient - (A) (Interrupting) This is rather antagonistic, and could be replaced by one more in SYMPATHY with not only the administrations but the needs of this body. There must be (those that would minister) more love - as has been indicated throughout - and not routine or rote for any application.
15. (Q) Would it be possible and better for the patient for the daughter, [...], with the aid of the colored maid, [2714], [who has been with us for 17 years and whom she dearly loves] to take charge without aid of a nurse? (A) This would be VERY well, IF there is HERE kept the close cooperation with Taylor.
16. (Q) How do you find her mind in relation to the body? (A) As indicated, there are periods when there is more elasticity, as it might be said to those at-variances that have existed and still, of course, do exist. We would do these and follow these for the present.
