Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J.

1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are slow but sure improvements in the general physical forces of this body. While these disturbances become at times rather aggravating, we find that DEFINITE improvements in most every way are indicated.

4. In the present we find - and as has been a part of the disturbance all along - the lack of the eliminations causes the greater disturbances when upsets arise.

5. We would in the present massage the abdomen more, across the area just at the head or the beginning of the stomach, as well as - of course - over the lower abdomen; but more across the diaphragm area - with an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil. The absorption of this here, with the general treatments that have been indicated, will NOW be most beneficial.

6. And when it is necessary - that is, when there is not the eliminations - use the enemas or the colonic irrigations; and it will be found that much better effects will be obtained, or the results and reactions will be better.

7. We find it would be helpful to use a combination of pressures to those areas just between the ear AND the 1st cervical, and upon the lumbar axis, to the right and the left side in each case. See, when it is to the left side of the head, it should be the right side of the axis; and the same with the next - that is, the left side of one and the right side of the other, see? This will aid in creating a better impulse for the activities of the glandular system, as related to those impulses that arise that cause the coordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal impulses.

8. This should not be done too swiftly, but gently and

firmly, for half a minute or so. Best that this be given by the doctor, or until he can indicate to the daughter just how it is to be given; because, you know, these can't be just touched anywhere!

9. You see, there is the definite connection (as the doctor understands) between the lumbar axis and that area through which the medulla oblongata impulse enters the brain forces. Or it is the basic force through which there is the activity of the pineal, to coordinate the impulses or reflexes from sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, see?

10. And here, now, stages have been reached that this can quiet the body.

11. We would give this at least once a day if it is practical.

12. As to the other conditions - we would keep up much of those things that have been indicated.

13. We would give - again - the Gold through the low vibratory forces, as has been heretofore indicated. Use this with the low appliance, rather than the Wet Cell, you see - for at least thirty minutes each day. This will assist in those activities for better nerve reflexes, and stimulate those activities created in the general impulses by this stimulation between the lower centers and the brain forces in the manner that has been outlined here.

14. Also the violet ray should be continued.

15. Do these.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Does she need everything each day to have a proper elimination? (A) This is BEST told by the results obtained; but as just indicated, the proper eliminations are the most essential for better improvements.

18. (Q) Do we give too many pills? (A) If these are necessary for better eliminations, not too many.

19. (Q) Are the daily enemas and irrigations valuable from point of absorbing liquid? (A) That which assists in alleviating the used energies thrown off. For, let's consider from this manner for the moment: From the general inactivity, and the lack of reactions through the whole alimentary canal, the alimentary canal is almost the whole source of eliminating poisons from the system; while there SHOULD be much eliminated through the respiratory system, the perspiratory system, the alimentary canal, the kidneys, as well as the general throwing off of body activities. Hence it is necessary that there be kept an excess through the activities of the alimentary canal, so that ALL forms of body-building may be

the more effective - whether by absorption or by the assimilation.

20. (Q) Is the process of osmosis enough during period of irrigations to take care of glandular and kidney function? (A) At times it is sufficient, and this assists in same; but if there are the massages as indicated, the absorption of the properties to the activity of the lymph and emunctory through ALL the organs of the abdominal area will be such that there will be received some stimulation; thus the osmosis of the activity of the organs, from bodily functions, will be assisted.

21. (Q) What is the minimum of liquids that should be given orally? (A) This we do not find consistent with those things given, - that is, this question. But, as we find, the minimum amount of liquid should not be the consideration so much as to how MUCH the body can handle and absorb, and the activities be normal!

22. (Q) Is the body acting well to present suggestions? (A) As just indicated, it is slowly but surely on the improve; then it is reacting well.

23. (Q) What can we do about the crying? Is it best to try to curb it or let it express itself? (A) This has to be judged by circumstances. But there is as much need here for the expression of self as in any developing body, see?

24. (Q) Should she sit up each day in the chair, whether she expresses a desire to or not? (A) The more activity that can be brought about, without causing too great or violent a reaction, is the better. Hence if it is practical, each day there should be some activity in this way or manner.

25. (Q) What can we do to help the throat? (A) We have indicated a new manner here, that at this stage may be the most helpful.

26. (Q) Any further suggestions for the diet? (A) Get the body to eat as many grapes as possible - this is the only addition we would make.
