Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. Now as we find, there are improvements in the general reactions in the bodily forces.

3. If there were greater consistency in the activities of the body, not only in the application of the electrical forces that have been given but used in the manner that has been outlined, it would make for a much better reaction.

4. Then, there must also be consistency in the manner of life - and its application of its abilities towards constructive forces or influences.

5. Is the body to be saved from physical disturbance that the real self or soul is to be purged into greater depths of disappointment and disdain?

6. Then let the physical and the mental and the spiritual coordinate, cooperate. Make the life more worth while, more purposeful. Arouse the activities of the mental and physical self to the better influence in a spiritual way and manner.

7. Not that the entity or body should become as one goody-goody, or sanctimonious or the like, but rather use consistency.

8. What is thy ideal? What is the outlook upon the experiences in the associations with others? Is it only for the gratifying of appetites, only for the self-indulgence for the moment? Can these do anything but weaken the physical as well as the better self?

9. Use then the manipulations and the vibrations of the low electrical forces, as indicated.

10. Then, if the body-mind is to be made more consistent with constructive forces in its dealings with not only itself but its fellow man, we will find the outlook upon life, the hopes and aspirations will be more in accord with that which is not merely ideal but constructive - and the life and the associations will become more and more worth while.
