1. GC: You will have before you the location selected for drilling by the Carmerson Corp., between Big Sandy and Winona, Texas; also the enquiring minds of [2246] and [2091] in regard to this well. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the enquiring minds, [2246] and [2091]; also those operations beginning in the new location.

3. Unless there are unforeseen conditions arising, we find that this will be a producing well.

4. We would test the cuttings at thirty-eight thirty-eight (3838). We should expect the larger production in the area or depth as indicated, 4,079 to 4,082.

5. Here we would test the sand. This as we find will be a cap where casings may be set, if needed, to cut off other disturbances above.

6. We would look for eighty feet or more of sand, and production in same that should be a thousand - yes, more - barrels of oil per day, besides the gas that may be expected.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Is it at this particular spot that coring should begin at 4,079 feet, as previously suggested? (A) As indicated.

9. (Q) Please advise depth below derrick floor level at which we should begin coring? (A) Test the sands at 3,838, as indicated.
