1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - Yes, we have the body here, [1566]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, resistances have run down in this body. But with the general exercise that is taken by the body, and the general diet that is maintained, we need in the present to add only calcium. Give it to this body in the form of CALCIOS. And we will find this will keep away those tendencies for colds, congestions, and overcome those conditions which have been upset by such attacks on portions of the glandular forces of the body. Also better resistance will be builded.
4. Every other day give just the quantity of Calcios as may be spread lightly on a whole wheat cracker. Spread it on just as you would butter, not too thick but just sufficient to cover the cracker well.
5. And this as we find will build a resistance here that will make a great improvement in the conditions of this body.

7. (Q) What causes the falling of hair? (A) The attack upon the glandular forces of the body, as indicated, and the addition of Calcios to the system will stir the activity of the thyroid - that has been deteriorated, or that has shown the repression which has come about through glandular disturbances.
8. (Q) What should be done to dissolve scar on forehead? (A) The use of Camphorated Oil twice each day is the best application for removing scar or scar tissue on any portion of the body.
9. (Q) What general health hints are needed as to diet, rest, etc.? (A) The body needs at least nine hours sleep each night.

This it should be required to have or take - that much rest. But if the general diet is followed that has been outlined in the activities of those about the body, and then the addition of that element which is short in the body at present - taken in the manner indicated for at least five weeks - we will see much change for the betterment for this body - unless things of other natures arise that are not apparent in the present. Do these, and keep those attitudes - play with the body more.
