Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes - we do not find changes. For there has been little done about the suggestions that have been indicated. However, the mental attitudes within self are somewhat altered; and these - the mental attitudes - produce a more hopeful experience within the activity of impulses in the system.

2. But if there will be carried forward those suggestions that have been indicated, we find that these offer the channels for the OPPORTUNITIES of the better reactions for this body.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Does smoking hurt the body? (A) Moderation, not so harmful as would be the nerve and mental reaction from total abstinence from same.

Then, a moderation.

5. (Q) Will coffee hurt the body? (A) Coffee without cream or milk is not so harmful. Preferably the G. Washington Coffee, because of its MANNER of brewing.

6. (Q) Please give detailed outline of diet for each meal. (A) As indicated, the outlines will necessarily change as conditions progress. But have rather a percentage of eighty percent alkaline-producing to twenty percent acid-producing foods.

Then, it is well that the body not become as one that couldn't do this, that or the other; or as a slave to an idea of a set diet.

Do not take citrus fruit juices AND cereals at the same meal. Do not take milk or cream in coffee or in tea. Do not eat fried foods of any kind. Do not combine white bread, potatoes, spaghetti - or any two foods of such natures in the same meal.

Then, a consistent diet - but one where there are the necessary forces for body-building, without irritating the inclinations in those portions of the gastric conditions - or gastric flows - and as we find these will be changed from time to time, by the body-desires.

7. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body, considering the necessity for going abroad? (A) Do those things that have been indicated for the better conditions, as we find for this body, Mr. [1568].

8. We are through with this Reading.
