1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Now as we find, conditions are not so good in some directions as that we had here before.
4. But this as we find is more from there not having been the adherence to the former suggestions, in having the full corrections made for the body from those impulses which have been part of the disturbing factor - by shortcircuiting the impulse, as has been indicated, especially through the vagus center area; from the 4th and 5th dorsal to the 1st cervical.
5. The conditions that have arisen in the digestive area, where there is that continued burning and the inclination for the fullness about the lower portion of the stomach proper and through the pylorus area - here we find an exaggeration as it were of the activities, and the inclination for the regurgitation causing the flow back of the hydrochloric influences; tending to make for gas as well as the inflammatory condition.
6. This as we find is not yet ulceration or laceration, but the mucous membranes rather being inflamed in the pyloric portion.
7. Rest from any great amount of activity would be advisable - rest even upon a trip or upon the sea, but to warmer climes, would be WELL for the body.
8. But there needs to be also the removal of those conditions through the alimentary canal or colon, by colonic irrigations; and sufficient of a stimulation through those areas indicated in the cerebrospinal system to overcome these inclinations and tendencies BEFORE such was undertaken.
9. Then in the diet, it will be necessary to keep away from any of those influences from alcoholic beverages or that

carry too great a quantity of any effervescent activity of waters; though the alkalines would be well, and as we find in this particular condition the Milk of Magnesia would be better. This taken in small quantities after each meal would be most preferable; teaspoonful to two teaspoonsful at a time.
10. But do ALL of these! Do not do one part and leave off the other. There need not become any great disturbance in the digestive system if the precautions and the rest and the alkaline foods are adhered to.
11. Make those corrections for the assisting in draining the whole of the alimentary system, in the dorsal and cervical areas; coordinating the rest of the system, and following those outlines as indicated.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) Should I continue the very rigorous diet they outlined for me? (A) If this is of an alkaline nature, yes.
14. (Q) Will it be necessary for me to go to bed for some weeks while following these treatments? (A) This will depend upon how much of the activities cause too great an excitement to the nerve system. There needs be those corrections in the areas indicated, and the cleansing of the colon.
15. (Q) Please outline a diet suitable for me? (A) If these suggestions as we have indicated are to be adhered to, then do THOSE, see?
16. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (1/7/39 GD's note: See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of further directions for Hydrotherapist.) .)
