Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of the body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be asked.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1594]; this we have had before.

3. In may respects we find the general conditions much improved. There are the acute conditions in the present, so that the general precautions must be taken as to the eliminations and for the prevention of more acid in the system.

4. We would have a good rub across the chest and throat and face, when the body is put to bed of evenings, with an equal combination of Mutton Suet, Turpentine and Camphor. It would be well also to massage this across the abdomen - and also up and down the spine it would be very well in the present. It would be especially good to rub the bottoms of the feet, and then wrap them in hot flannel - this done of an evening, you see.

5. The Castor Oil Packs should be used to assist in the elimination, and for the general congestion that is caused in the liver area.

6. Eliminations should also be stimulated through the use of the enema, as well as the watching of the diet - that plenty of citrus fruit juices and the like are included in same.

7. The rest, especially the Appliance and the rubs of other characters, should be continued.

8. The manipulative forces have not entirely set up the full eliminations - that is, drainages from cerebrospinal ganglia where there are the inclinations for the tautness owing to the conditions in the brain that have existed. But most of this is being adjusted; yet the effect of the congestion and cold upon the lesions - of course - is to make for uneasiness in the body, and the irritations that are indicated at times in its activity. Then all of these combined, of course, bear upon the nervous system.

9. Hence through these particular periods, the greater precautions should be taken in those directions.

10. Do these, though, in the present.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Any specific directions as to the manipulations at present? (A) These should be for a general liberation of the eliminations and drainages from the upper portions of the dorsal and through the cervical area. Of course, the locomotories are accorded the coordinations, but drainages are that to be set up by the release of the segments all along the upper portion of the spine - especially in the present.

13. (Q) About how long - how much longer - should these be kept? (A) That depends on how much more cold the body is to take, how much other disturbances may produce the necessity for there being greater stimulation aroused through the system. It will depend upon that.

14. (Q) Should any laxative be given; if so, what? (A) Castoria combined with Syrup of Figs is the better in the present conditions.

15. (Q) Any special advice as to when another Check Reading should be given? (A) This, too, would depend upon the reactions of the system. In six to eight weeks should be sufficient, if the conditions progress.

16. (Q) Any further advice for this body at this time? (A) Keep the attitudes as we have indicated. These have been somewhat lax in part of the applications and making for environs and conditions that haven't been altogether conducive to the very best conditions for the body.
