Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Mass.
1. GC: You will give the present physical condition of this body, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be asked.
2. EC: Yes - we have the body here, [1611]; this we have had before.
3. There are many changes in the general physical forces of the body, and specific changes, since last we had same here.
4. As we find, the operative measures have been very successful.
5. But for the best physical forces of the body, there ARE corrections that need to be made in the general physical functionings in the present.
6. The drain upon the whole of the assimilating system, through the tumorous nature of the disturbance, has altered the activities of the blood supply in such a manner that there has been the inclination for the system to create those influences in the lymph supply which have not been and are not being cared for.
7. This produces the flushes that occur in the body at times, followed by weakness and the inclination for the body to feel rather draggy; and inactive especially in the lower portion of the body.
8. Where there have been and are the effects indicated of too great a superficial circulation, in the form of enlarged veins, these apparently show greater disturbance when the body is on the feet - at times now - than formerly.
9. There needs be, then, as we find, at least ten to fifteen THOROUGH osteopathic adjustments; that the equilibrium of the body may be set as it were in order. This would mean releasing along the whole of the cerebrospinal system, and especially in the upper dorsals and through the cervicals; then the 9th dorsal and the 4th lumbar plexus. These more specific; though if all the segments of the cerebrospinal system were brought into play in the activity through the mechanical adjustments it would relieve the tension throughout the system.

10. When there is a little cooler weather, it would be well that the body especially wear the elastic - heavy elastic stocking, or brace in the form of the elastic, over the limbs where the tensions from the superficial circulation in the form of the veins are causing some disturbance. Not to irritate same, but as the adjustments make for a change in the supply of the circulatory forces, we will find that these conditions will gradually be relieved.
11. Just before the body retires at night, it would be well to use the Violet Ray (hand machine, bulb applicator). Do not take this for more than a minute and a half or two minutes. This would be principally along the spine; and over the head, neck and shoulders - and across the lumbar and sacral areas - which may be applied by the body itself - or it would be preferable for the body to apply it herself, other than that portion of it for the spine - but this also may be applied by self when not convenient for another to do so.
12. This will make for the abilities of the body to rest better. It will tend to make for strengthening of the body, by the toning of the circulation - as combined with the adjustments that are taken.
13. The correct diet should consist particularly of those foods that carry an abundance of iodine AND calcium. Hence as we find, especially shell fish and fish of all kinds would be well; preferably, though, NOT fried!
14. Also Calcios would be well to be taken about once a day; just the quantity as might be spread over a wafer or cracker. Once a day would be sufficient for this, if the other part of the diet is followed properly.
15. Plenty of leafy vegetables, fish and fowl should form the better part of the diet. Not too much bread, but let that as taken be rather the whole wheat or rye and wheat bread.
16. These as we find, with the proper precautions, should make for such corrections as to bring the better forces for this body, Mrs. [1611].
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) What will help the eyes and correct same? (A) With the general treatments, and with the increase of the circulatory forces by the revivification of the nerve forces through the electrical treatments as indicated, these should be materially aided.
19. (Q) What will relieve the backache? (A) The corrections and electrical forces.
20. (Q) How may I gain more strength? (A) All of these things as indicated have been for this!

21. (Q) What osteopath would be suggested? (A) Any in sympathy with or that will follow the suggestions indicated! Do these things indicated.
22. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Calcios is manufactured by The Colloidal Health Products Corp., Greenvale, Long Island, N.Y. It is a syrupy paste, and sells for $2.50 a jar. See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Osteopath.)
