Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 and 11:30 A. M. Taken 11:20 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y. City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. Now as we find with this body, there is a complication of disturbing forces; and these arise from those infectious forces as related to the superficial circulation; causing a great deal of disturbance at times.

3. And combined with same, the lack of the proper assimilations is the basis of the other disturbance; hence the reactions produced in the bodily functions.

4. These then are conditions as we find them with this body, Mr. [1617] we are speaking of:

5. We find that the applications made from time to time for corrective forces have lacked in making the proper reactions in the blood stream, owing to the improper manner in which assimilations have taken place and do take place.

6. Then, as we find:

7. First we would have the preparations of the body, as it were, for activities within the system; through the hydrotherapy reactions such as may be had with Fume Baths - with the combination of Oils in same that would reduce this irritation to the superficial circulation. We would use in the water or in the Fume Bath, an equal combination of Pine Oil (or Oil of Pine needles) and Compound Tincture of Benzoin. These Fume Baths we would take at least every week; for the conditions in the circulatory forces; using the massage, you see.

8. Also, every other week, until these conditions clear somewhat, we would have the colon irrigations to cleanse the area of the toxic forces that are active in the system.

9. Then we would apply the low electrical forces of the Diathermy, you see; for cleansing the system. This should not be high, but applied in such a manner as to make for corrections through the assimilating and the draining forces from the hepatic circulation.

10. As we find, these follow through those applications as made with Berg [William M. Berg, Ph.T.] would be the better.

11. Then the attitude of the body:

12. This must be a part of the whole applications; that is:

13. If there is to be given greater strength physically and mentally, these applications are to be made with the attitude of helpful hopefulness, and the using of same in relationships to others for CONSTRUCTIVE purposes.

14. Such an attitude, combined with the applications, should as we find bring the bettered conditions for this body of Mr. [1617].

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) What about the diet? (A) This should be rather outlined by those who make the applications, and according to the reactions seen or indicated by same.

17. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
