Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Miss [1639].
2. Now as we find, in the general physical forces of the body there are precautions to be taken in the present that we might prevent a disturbance later on.
3. Also there are some specific conditions as we find with those portions of the extremities (or hand), where disturbances of a foreign nature have prevented and do prevent the normal healing forces for same.
4. Yet if there were the better reactions in the blood supply, these might be segregated more than as indicated in the present.
5. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, Miss [1639] we are speaking of, present in this room:
6. First, in the blood supply we find this lacking somewhat in the hemoglobin as related to the effluvium especially for creating coagulation in the system.
7. Hence there is a little deficiency in both the red blood and the leucocyte, and the lymph supply.
8. This is from the lack of the active vitamin forces in the assimilating forces of the bodily functions themselves.
9. We find that this may be aided, and corrected, with the periodical use of the compound known as Codiron. This would add the vitamins necessary for the prevention of cold, and increase the resistances in the system. These would be the precautions for the general physical welfare. We would take these Codiron tablets, preferably, for three to four weeks at a period, and then leave them off for three weeks, and then take them again. For this body, ONE tablet would be taken with each meal.
10. As for the conditions which we find in the hand, or the finger; here we find there are STILL some particles of the enamel that was a part of the infectious forces; that produce the constant disturbances which arise. There is only a little portion of same.
1639-1 Page 2
11. But when this is opened for correction, there SHOULD be a changing of the nerves as from ABOVE and those below; for these, in their present condition, tend to make for a drawing of the finger itself; though the particles that are left produce the infection.
12. This as we find would necessitate, then, being opened and those particles removed, and the correct tying of the nerves in the inner portion of the finger itself.
13. When this has healed (which it will do easily with at least a week of taking the Codiron), we would massage same each evening with an equal combination of Olive Oil, Tincture of Myrrh and Compound Tincture of Benzoin. Heat the Olive Oil to add the Myrrh and the Benzoin. Massage same each evening from the tip of the finger TOWARD the body! And we will find this will not only aid in making for the lack of stiffening, but will keep the body in these proportions much better.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) Should the finger be re-opened by the same physician? (A) Anyone that knows or will attend to it in its proper form, and watch the nerves in the UPPER part and the inner part. The infection arises, as indicated, from the particles. The drawing arises from the nerves.
16. (Q) Any advice about diet, or any other portion of the body? (A) As we find, these properties as indicated are the better for the body to build up resistances and prevent the effect of weakening through the LACK of a balance in those portions indicated; that is, the Codiron, see? In diet the body is very good. Keep away from fried foods as much as practical. Keep the alkalin-producing foods predominant; though for THIS body sufficient acids are needed for a balance, and a little more than twenty percent.
17. We are through for the present. [See 1639-1, Par. R1.] Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
