Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Penna. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mr. [1646].
2. Now as we find, there are inclinations and tendencies in the physical reactions of the body that need to be made in better accord or attunement with the supply of the energies for the functioning of those organs that are disturbed by the inflections or suppressions in the liver and the hepatic circulation.
3. Thus we find there would be allowed the better and nearer to normal activity; giving for the physical, the mental and the spiritual influences of the body the greater or better channel through which activities might carry on.
4. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, Mr. [1646] we are speaking of, present in this room:
5. First, IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, here we find indications of disturbances in which there is produced, in the assimilating forces or activities of the body, the lack of sufficient of that plasm within the blood stream to prevent poisons - or the lack of the proper eliminations - from causing disturbances.
6. Hence we have a form of anemia that hinders the perfect coagulation in the used energies of the organs as related to the assimilating and distributing influences of the bodily functions.
7. These as we find arise from the incoordination between the upper and the lower hepatic circulation; that is, between the liver and the kidneys, and their effect upon the pancreas and the spleen in relation to their functions in the preparations of particles or portions; and these arise from a pressure in the cerebrospinal system in those areas between the 9th and the 12th dorsal centers.
8. We find that these are the areas from which there are at times those inclinations or tendencies for tautness in the muscular forces, and a subluxation exists in those areas between the 9th, 10th and 11th dorsal area.
1646-1 Page 2
9. The natural effect of this upon the lower portion of the hepatic circulation is to deflect the activity in the eliminating forces through the kidney and bladder.
10. Thus we find a disturbance that causes to the body - IN THE NERVE FORCES - or in the muscular forces through which there is the activity of the supplying from the energies of the cerebrospinal through the sympathetic nervous system - the muscular contraction.
11. This is to the extent at times that there are hindrances in the locomotories, especially in those areas about the 4th lumbar center and the ileum plexus.
12. All of these become a part of the cause; and the effects are upon the deflection in those portions of the assimilating forces of the body.
13. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, in these activities we find many portions of the body are very well, in the mental as well as in the sensory reactions.
14. However, at times the repressions are of such natures that there is a deflection in the activity of the metabolism of the system; though the katabolism becomes the greater disturbance.
15. And these make a deflection in the circulatory forces between the liver and the heart themselves, as from the lungs and those activities. Organically, however, we find neither the lungs nor the heart disturbed - but it is of a reflex nature from the subluxations and inclinations or tendencies that have been created in the portions indicated.
16. In the digestive forces themselves - here we find - when there is an upsetting of the hepatic circulation - the gastric flow is of such a nature as to cause what may be termed a NERVOUS indigestion; or the lack of the proper gastric flow as related to the quantity of the balance between the hydrochloric and lactic acids, or the acid and the alkaline forces of the body.
17. Necessarily, then, when these become over-charged, eliminants must be used that will cause a greater flow of the lymph through the activity of the eliminations - or the lymph and the mucous membranes of the digestive forces, for the proper activity through the upper portion of the intestinal system.
18. These are only reflexes and not organic disturbances of the nature that may not be assisted to come nearer to normal by the correcting of the subluxations, and the creating of the balance between the upper and the lower circulatory forces, and a better reaction between the deeper nerve forces of the body - or circulation as applied by the nerve forces, and the superficial.
1646-1 Page 3
19. Hence we will find these conditions will be corrected if applications are made in the mechanical way and manner, as we will indicate, combined with the attitude and expectancy of the mental forces of the bodily functions.
20. For as the body is made up of a mental, a physical and a spiritual body, these are dependent upon their whole coordination or cooperation one with another.
21. As with any portion of a stream - that is a continuation of active influence to supply the physical and mental channels through which these may work - when it becomes dammed, it is necessary that portions of same be relieved through which the obstructions are causing the deflections in such a stream.
22. So with the physical, the mental and spiritual forces in this body, to remove the obstructions in the areas where deflections are being made - through the subluxations - and these coordinated, the locomotories with the activities of the bodily functions - thus creating normal balance - we will find the creative influences or forces of the proper assimilation will of itself bring about the better normal conditions of the body.
23. These coordinations would also be stimulated by the low bodily vibratory or electrical forces that produce a greater equilibrium between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic reaction of the bodily functions through the nerve forces of the system, or impulses in same.
24. THEN, THESE WOULD BE THE MEASURES TO BE USED:
25. We would begin with adjustments, or corrections, PREFERABLY made OSTEOPATHICALLY, in the areas from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd CERVICAL throughout the upper portion of the dorsal area; making SPECIFIC adjustments in the areas indicated where subluxations also exist - between the 9th and the 12th dorsal centers; coordinating these also with the lumbar axis.
26. If there would be about four to six of these treatments taken, about twice a week, and then a rest period from same for two to three weeks, then two or three more taken, we find that it would be better than a continuous reaction.
27. Also we would begin using, during these same periods, the influence or the effect from creating the vibratory forces within the bodily functions through the Radio-Active Appliance; which functions with the impulses of the nerve forces themselves, creating that equilibrium between the extremities so that the impulses for the central nervous system and the superficial circulation - as created by the activity of the impulses - may become more coordinant.
28. Use this Appliance about thirty minutes each day,
1646-1 Page 4
preferably just before retiring. Make the attachments in the usual manner; that is:
29. 1st day: The first attachment (or the anode marked to always be attached first) would be made to the right wrist, the last attachment to the left ankle.
30. 2nd day: Make the first attachment to the left wrist, the last to the right ankle.
31. 3rd day: The first would be to the left ankle, the last to the right wrist.
32. 4th day: First to the right ankle, last to the left wrist.
33. Thus a circle will have been made of the body by the attachments. Then begin over again. Continue in this manner for three or four such rounds, then leave off a few days, then begin again.
34. During the thirty minutes that the Appliance is attached each evening, we would consecrate self and self's service in the higher spiritual equilibrium as may be had through using an affirmation such as this - though put in thine own words:
35. "CREATE THOU WITHIN MY BODY - THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD WITHIN - SUCH AN INFLUENCE AND FORCE AS TO BRING THAT THOU WOULD HAVE, O GOD, IN ME; THAT I MAY BE THE BETTER CHANNEL THROUGH WHICH OTHERS MAY COME TO KNOW OF THEE AND THY RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CHILDREN OF MEN, THROUGH THE CREATIVE FORCES AS THEY MANIFEST, ACCORDING TO THE MANNER IN WHICH I - AS OTHERS - MAY DEAL WITH MY FELLOW MAN."
36. In such a way and manner may there be created, then, the better influences and coordinations with this body; between the mental, the spiritual and the physical impulses and reactions.
37. These done, then, we will bring a much nearer normal influence in this body.
38. Ready for questions.
39. (Q) Is the guardian angel a healing force for physical betterment? (A) The guardian angel - that is the companion of each soul as it enters into a material experience - is ever an influence for the keeping of that attunement between the creative energies or forces of the soul-entity AND health, life, light and immortality. Thus, to be sure, it is a portion of that influence for HEALING forces. And as may be experienced in the activities of individuals, it may become so accentuated as to be the greater influence in their experience. Thus it is as has been given of old; that to some there is the gift of healing, to some the gift of speech, interpreting of tongues, to ministering. Yet all are of the same Spirit. For these are ever that which is
1646-1 Page 5
the assurance, in that as has been given - God hath not willed that any soul should perish but hath with every temptation, with every condition prepared an association, an activity, a manner, a way for the regeneration of those influences or forces that may cause the overcoming of fear or any of those things that would separate a soul from the Creative Forces. Hence, as has been indicated for this body here, the making of the physical adjustments is necessary; but it is just as necessary for the activities of the associations through which the energies of the bodily forces may be attuned to the spiritual and mental self - through the closer association and walk with creative energies within self. For ALL must coordinate. Just as in the Godhead - Father, Son, Holy Spirit - so within self, Body, Mind, Soul. Mind is the Builder; Mind is the Way - as the Christ-Consciousness. As it is directed then through the influences of the bodily functions it becomes aware of its oneness, and thus is the guardian force made to be at-one with the whole of the purposes and desires, and the will of the individual. Do these things then, as we find, as indicated, and we will bring to the physical forces a better cooperation and coordination; and thus through the mental application of the at-onement with the Creative Forces, better reactions in every manner.
40. (Q) Is it through the guardian angel that God speaks to the individual? (A) Ever through that influence or force as He has given, "Ye abide in me and I in thee, as the Father abideth in me, so may we make our abode with thee." Then as the guardian influence or angel is ever before the face of the Father, through same may that influence ever speak - but only by the command of or attunement to that which is thy ideal. What then is thy ideal? In WHOM have ye believed, as well as in what have ye believed? Is that in which thou hast believed able to keep ever before thee that thou committest unto Him? Yes - through thy angel, through thy SELF that IS the angel - does the self speak with thy Ideal!
