1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mr. [1646]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, many changes in the physical forces of the body have come about since last we had same here; many for improvements in some directions, some not so well.

4. In the present we find there is an unbalanced condition in the chemical reactions through the system, because of unbalanced chemical activity in the assimilating forces of the body.

5. This has produced in the hepatic or liver circulation those conditions that should have been eliminated. These being carried through the system have tended to segregate themselves in portions of the system where irritations or weaknesses have caused the taking hold, as it were; as indicated in portions of the glandular AND the superficial circulation in arm pits.

6. These as we find should have local attention, and not to be allowed to continue without taking precautions as respecting same.

7. There needs to be a GENERAL application for the corrective measures as regards this balancing through the system of chemical forces, as to cause reactions in the hepatics that may eliminate the sources of disturbance, as well as the specific and local attention which would be given for those disturbances indicated.

8. These applications for such corrective measures, as we find, should be of two natures - to better cause to be eliminated the constitutional or the general functioning conditions as related to activities of the eliminating system, and supply the energizing influences to create - in the blood supply and in that assimilated - the proper balance for creating the normal, cooperative forces through the activities of the bodily forces themselves.

9. Then, we would first give that there be prepared a compound in this manner: Sulphur...............1 level tablespoonful, Rochelle Salts........1 level tablespoonful, Cream of Tartar.......1 level tablespoonful. Mix these ingredients thoroughly; best that this be done with mortar and pestle, as to cause the properties to intermingle in the mixing.

10. Take a level teaspoonful of this mixture or compound each morning for five days; then leave it off a like length of time, then take again. Keep it up regularly, in this manner.

11. Precautions in some directions should be taken while this compound is being taken - as to not getting damp or the feet wet, etc.

12. Also we would have specific adjustments, osteopathically administered, for stimulating centers and areas in the cerebrospinal system that control the impulses for activities to those portions of the disturbed system.

13. These would be made with special reference to those conditions which will be found to exist, of a tautness as well as some pressures indicated in the dorsal areas - from the 9th to, of course, the first cervicals; especially, though, the corrections in the upper dorsal and coordinating those areas - or removing tension - in the dorsal AND cervical area.

14. As to the number of these - we would continue them until, with the properties taken for the correcting of this strained condition, there is a more equalized condition, less dizziness of morning, and a little better appetite.

15. The local applications for the condition - these had best be administered by a physician - the one who also may administer the osteopathic adjustments, of course; so as to cause this segregation to be brought to a head in a manner that it may be removed and prevented from affecting the bodily activities.

16. Throughout the period of taking the properties indicated, as well as osteopathic manipulations - keep in the diet only those things that are the more easily assimilated.

17. No heavy meats, to be sure, at any time; but vegetables - these well prepared or cooked; and the juices of fruits, - plenty of fruits and the like.

18. Do these.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) To what extent is the condition significant of a more general state throughout the whole body? (A) As indicated, there is an unbalanced condition of a general nature, which through irritation has settled or segregated. All of these conditions are taken into consideration in that indicated - not only for the eliminating of the acute disturbance but as to the correction of the condition in the general system that is the source; for the local condition is the product of the general condition. And these combinations of treatments followed in the manners indicated should eliminate these disturbances. Keep the mental attitudes for better creative and constructive influence; these, to be sure, materially aid in keeping the better coordinations towards assimilation and eliminations; for, the Mind is the Builder.
