1. HLC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '36 - changes - as to thought - '33 anxieties - '07 - changes in the environs - 1900 - '98 - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now known as or called [1661].

4. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here, a great deal is indicated. Yet these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this may be a helpful influence in the experience of the entity, enabling it to better understand and to manifest that purpose for which it entered this material sojourn.

5. For, one enters not by chance - but through the coordinating of that which has been and that which is to be, in the relationships of the individual entity to the Creative Forces - or God; and as to how the entity manifests same in the material experience in its relationships, by its reactions to others.

6. For He hath not willed that any soul should perish, but hath with every shortcoming given a way, a means of turning same into a steppingstone to greater awareness of His purposes.

7. Hence in thy activity - minimize faults, condemnations - of others and of self; magnify the virtues for these are to be made into the glory of Him who hath indeed shown the way.

8. In viewing the astrological sojourns, or those interims between the material or earthly manifestations, these may be drawn as a composite of urges latent and manifested in this entity known as [1661]:

9. One tending towards that of understanding; sympathetic in nature; ever seeing the better side of every activity.

10. Having learned patience, the entity finds self at times only impatient with others.

11. These become, then, those experiences that are to be magnified in the relationships of the entity; with others, with things, with conditions.

12. One that is gifted in abilities which have not as yet been made wholly manifest in this material experience, as will be seen from the astrological aspects.

13. This does not mean that the entity as in any name sojourned on a planet, but was under those influences accredited to the names that have been given such planets.

14. Then, from Mercury we find the high ennobling influences; the high mentality - thinking things "through."

15. Thus the entity's ability to write; if it would apply self in the direction of what may be called the commonplace things in the experiences of others, especially stories for children.

16. In Venus we find the appreciation of beauty in all its forms. Whether in the attempt of an individual to depict nature or whether in nature itself, the entity sees the harmony of tone and color; even in the lives of individuals, as to their environment, background and education.

17. Thus, with the abilities from Mercury as well as Venus, we find those abilities which - if the entity will apply self in that direction - may find an outlet not only for the entity's thoughts but give a helpfulness to others, - through the entity's abilities to encourage and to stimulate hope, perseverance, patience, longsuffering and kindness in the lives of others; especially for children, as we will see from a material sojourn also.

18. From the activities in Jupiter we find the universality of the entity's thoughts, the entity's application of self. While as indicated in Mercury it finds individual expression, it is universal in its application towards others.

19. In Saturn we find those changes which have been indicated in the experience of the entity in the present; as to its environs, as to its association - yea, as to its very manner of thought.

20. For the entity finds in the present that there have come about changes such that, what it once abhorred it may not

1661-2 Page 3

altogether embrace but it would consider same - in patience; realizing that each soul must awaken to its OWN possibilities and abilities in its relationship to TRUTH, love, God.

21. For, until that influence aroused in materiality is so spiritualized as to become individual, it is only as knowledge - as a knowing about - and is not as wisdom that may be daily applied in the experience with and relationships to others.

22. As to the appearances in the earth - the urges that arise here find expression through what we call the senses, or the emotions of the body; just as the urges latent and manifested from the astrological aspects find expression in the dreams, the visions, the meditations, the entering into a state of being at-one with the Creative Forces.

23. Not all of the appearances may be indicated in the present; just those that have the more direct influence upon the activities or thoughts of the entity in the present, - for these may be used. And it is only that which an individual or entity can make practical or applicable in its daily experience that is of the greater value, no matter of what nature it may be.

24. Before this, then, the entity was in the land of the present nativity; during the early settling of the land, when there were those groups of individuals who sought a place of refuge, a place of expression - not only freedom but the ability to worship according to the dictates of the own conscience.

25. The entity was among those who early settled with one William Penn, being born of parents near what is now Philadelphia.

26. Hence in the present self-expression, that city has always been as home; no strangers, no strange things about the gradual growth and development of the land.

27. Also the adherence to the tenets that made it a "city of brotherly love" finds expression in the entity at present, as that which is necessary in the experience of all - if they would know life, to make same worth while in their relationships and dealings one with another.

28. There the entity then grew into activity as one who aided in the instruction of the young; as a teacher, as a director in the arts of making themselves useful in the homes and affairs of the peoples of that new land.

29. The entity gained throughout that experience, as Martha Eneuas; for the thoughts, the manifestations of abilities were in those directions as to be for the common good of the many, rather than toward activities for a selfish or an ego

1661-2 Page 4

expression.

30. Hence in the present the entity may find expression through instructions in stories for the very young, as well as for those entering the teen-age years; for the entity may aid in the forming of the character of individuals, as it did through that sojourn.

31. In such the entity may lend itself and find the outlet that would be beneficial, not only to others but to the expression of self also.

32. Before that (among the urges latent and manifested) the entity was in the Macedonian land, during those periods when there were turmoils arising from the Roman activities as well as the thought in the spiritual life from the teachings of the disciples and Apostles of the Master.

33. The entity was in those groups of the church in Laodicea, during those periods when the church was near to those activities of being divided; and the entity aided the sister of the minister or leader there to bring order in the church's ministry.

34. From that experience we find the entity in the present has oft found it necessary to bring harmony between factions in those of its group or its associates, its friends and its activities in the various spheres. The entity has been wont at times to neglect these, yet it has oft become necessary to act in such a capacity if there is to be maintained even the greater semblance of cooperation.

35. The entity then was known as Jessica.

36. Before that the entity was in the Grecian land when there were the gatherings of those who went into the Arabian and Persian land for the interpreting, or for the turning aside, of the activities of the teacher Uhjltd, in that "city in the hills and the plains."

37. The entity there became one of the nurses who aided so well in bringing the harmonious experiences into the lives of those who were troubled by disease of body as well as of mind, or by the turmoils and confusions of the day.

38. From that experience, the entity in the present finds self lending help or aid in direct and indirect manners to those less fortunate in health of body or of mind. This needs to be magnified with purposefulness brought to the consciousness of those whom the entity would assist. Help others to help themselves, rather than giving direct to individual activity. Give - as ye will find, as ye have found within self - that the great Physician's activity is within self. For, as ye gained under those instructions of the teacher in that 'city in the hills and plains,' the body is indeed the temple of the living God, and there He has

1661-2 Page 5

promised to - and will - meet those who seek to know His biddings; and no soul is tempted beyond that it is able to bear, IF it puts its trust wholly in Him, who is the Giver of all good and perfect gifts.

39. As ye gained there - know that no man, no individual is in authority or in power, or in might of ANY nature - spiritually, physically, politically or what not - save by the grace of the Creator. Know that each soul may have the opportunity not only to justify but to GLORIFY that concept the entity has individually, and does seek to express, of the loving Father in the earth, among the fellow men.

40. The name then was Eceuda.

41. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there were those periods of reconstruction following the turmoils created by the banishment of the Priest - as well as by the entrance of the peoples from Atlantis.

42. The entity was among those who aided in instructions to the young; of those who had been purified from the activities during that period in the Temple of Sacrifice, that they might apply themselves as useful individuals in their relationships one to another - in the establishing of homes and in the care of same; in those activities of the social life, of the home as well as in relationships to society as a whole.

43. Then the name was It-Eldo.

44. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:

45. First - know thy ideal; physically, mentally, spiritually. Not as judgments, but know that there is the ideal of self for others. Not as to what others may do for thee, but rather the ideal as to what ye may give to others that they - too - may know their relationships to the Creative Forces, or God.

46. That is the purpose, the joy, with which ye entered into this experience. That ye have fulfilled and are fulfilling here and now.

47. Thus ye enjoy, ye see, the glory of the Lord - in the activities of just being kind and patient with others.

48. As to the personal activity - DO write those instructions for the very young, for those in the teen age; that there may be brought to their awareness those duties, those obligations, those possibilities that each soul has to that awakening of the spirit of truth within self.

49. The entity is naturally intuitive; to the degree that it can judge dispositions, natures, temperaments. Never do this as a harshness. As indicated, magnify the virtues and minimize the faults in others. For, as ye do it unto

1661-2 Page 6

others, so may it be done unto thee. Forgive, if ye would be forgiven. Make thyself lovely to others if you would have love in thy own experience.

50. That should be the stress in all of thy stories to the young.

51. Keep the faith of thy fathers; for these tenets are right in that purpose, in that way as brings the greater glory to Him, who gave "Love ye one another."

52. Ready for questions.

53. (Q) Are there any other incarnations that may be indicated at this time? (A) There are many others. If these as given here are used, then the rest may be indicated as they are applicable in the daily experience.
