1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that may be asked, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mr. [1667].
3. Now as we find, the disturbing conditions have to do with the pulmonary reaction and the effect this has had and does have upon the vitality and the forces in the body, as related to the blood supply especially.
4. And the gradual disintegration of the activities and functionings of organs comes from the impoverishment from the lack of a purified blood stream, owing to the aggravated conditions existent in those areas through which the active forces of the disturbance in the pulmonaries arise.
5. These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, Mr. [1667] we are speaking of, present in this room:
6. First, as we find in the blood supply - this is deficient in quantity, in quality, owing to those activities which prevent the oxidization of same in the body-forces and the effect such deficiency has upon the organs - especially the heart, the liver, the kidneys.
7. Then as we find, the activities are to be directed so that there may be the supplying of energies in such a manner that there may be greater purification of the blood supply - even under the existent conditions and that which will enable the system to create sufficient of the leucocyte and the white blood plasm to encase or destroy the activity of the influences through the pulmonary reaction in such a way and manner as to allow the assimilated forces in the system to carry sufficient strength and vitality to the body.
8. As we find, if there is the consistent effort on the part of the body - not only in the material or physical activity but in the mental, with a hopeful expectancy to use the
1667-1 Page 2
abilities of the body in active service in Creative Forces as related to the influence of the entity upon those ABOUT the entity in its varied activities - there may be great help brought for this body.
9. For, the body and mind must first gain the concept of this as a fact: All healing, all life, all force is of the ONE source - Creative Force or God; as has been, as is manifested to man through the promises that have been given in Him who is the life, who is the way, who is the water of life, who is the bread of life.
10. And unless the activity is to be used in a way and manner to the glory of the manifesting of that love, what purpose is there in prolonging the experiences in the material activity?
11. Learn this through those promises that are given especially in the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th of John. Make these a part of thy experience. Not that they are written to ANYONE but THEE! See in this the speaking to THEE! and ye will gain that consciousness of His abiding presence with thee, as ye apply the material things that - as we find, with this consciousness - will bring resuscitation, life, and the abilities for mental and physical activities of this body - present - now!
12. First, prepare at least a two gallon keg, oak, charred within. In this put a gallon of Apple Brandy. Keep this where evaporation may be carried on; that is, where it may be warm. And in the head, after the Brandy has been put in and the bung closed, put in the center an opening with a metal cap so that a tube or the length of the cap or tube would be sufficient for the body to inhale the gas from the Brandy. It is necessary to bore a small hole, so that when there is the inhaling of the fumes, the peg will be removed from same so that the rush of the air - by the inhaling - will allow sufficient pressure for the gas to be inhaled into the throat and the lungs. Take at least three or four whiffs in such inhalations two to three times each day.
13. Also, of an evening, we would take Calcidin, prepared in this manner: Dissolve about three grains in an ounce of Distilled Water and keep same warm, keeping it covered to keep out dust or accumulations of any nature. Keep it warm - not cold, but not HOT! Sip this at least twice each day, or during the evening - not more than half a teaspoonful at a time. This may be kept until the quantity is taken.
14. As for the diet - this should be the greater part of the daily precautions, with the meditations and the study of the relationships of self to Creative Forces.
15. Prepare Beef Juice. Not a stew or the like, but in this
1667-1 Page 3
manner: Prepare about a pound, preferably of the shoulder or the round steak. No fat. Cut into small pieces, or about half an inch square. Put this in a glass jar, no water; but seal LIGHTLY - not tight. Then put the jar in a pan of water, preferably with a cloth under same to prevent cracking. Let this boil for about two and a half to three hours. Strain off the juice from this. Take it at least three, four to five times each day; not in gulps, but SIP about half a teaspoonful at the time - and in taking the half teaspoonful, take it as if it was being chewn. This is to be taken so that the strength and the vitality may be builded, and it will ASSIMILATE. Take it of mornings or in the afternoons or evenings, or vary according to the feelings of the body. This, of course, is outside of the vegetables or other foods that are to be taken at regular mealtime.
16. In the morning or evening, a glass of milk that is warm with the body-heat of the cow may be taken - or should be taken - with the yolk of an egg (not the white) beat in same. This will also give strength. Be sure this is from tested cows, to be sure.
17. And keep the body-rubs occasionally with RUB alcohol, that the body-temperature may be kept near to normal, Bathe often - sponge bath preferably - and the rub would be after same, especially along the spine.
18. Do these and, as we find, we will bring strength and vitality - and resistance for the body.
19. Keep out of the night air. Do not get the feet wet, nor sit in drafts - but a little exercise in the open would be well, though not sufficient to tire or fag.
20. But think constructively always! PLAN what is to be done with the time! that it may be used as a helpfulness to others. Think of others, and ye will find thyself!
21. Ready for questions.
22. (Q) What should the regular diet be? (A) At least eighty percent alkalin to twenty percent acid-producing foods. Later it will be necessary to add acids. But calcium - as in Calcios - is well to be used as a part of the diet in the present, as it will supply a greater resistance in the building forces in the blood stream. Take about the quantity as would be used to spread on one cracker, once each day - with the meal; preferably the noon meal. Do these and we will bring the better conditions for this body. But make thy study of thy relationship to thy Creator a part

- yea, the whole of - thy mental activity!
23. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file [GD's note: We asked him to submit a history of his case for our files.]
