Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1676].

3. As we find, in the main there is a great deal of improvement through the general conditions of the body.

4. However, there is much more to be desired, in the eliminating of the causes as well as reestablishing the abilities of locomotion and the use of the limbs and the rest of the body coordinating with same.

5. We would keep the rubs and the applications which have been suggested - and in the order and in the manner as we have indicated.

6. Now, however - for a period of four to five weeks - we would have Dr. Beard make adjustments in the lumbar and sacral area; as well as in the 9th dorsal and in the 3rd and 4th dorsal; and COORDINATING the cervicals with same. But do not attempt to have these if the weather is so inclement as to cause anxiety to the body in keeping appointments. Twice each week we would have these adjustments, when the weather permits.

7. These would be in addition to the other rubs which have been given, see? Keep them consistently.

8. And we will find there will be a much safer, and a more consistent improvement for the body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What causes the aching through the lower part of the right side; running down the right leg through the knee? (A) This is the pressure as indicated upon not only the 9th dorsal (being to the right), but a subluxation to the left of the PELVIC center in the lumbar area. This will gradually disappear as these adjustments are made.

11. (Q) What causes frequent sore throat, and difficulty in swallowing?

1676-2 Page 2

(A) This is the attempt of the system to adjust itself to the pressures. Hence as indicated, the adjustments would be made first in the lumbar and sacral, 9th dorsal, but each time gradually coordinating the cervical and vagus center with those for BETTER eliminations from the system. And as there is better coordination established through the ganglia in the areas from the upper dorsal throughout the cervical, all of these disturbances will disappear. Do these, as has been indicated.

12. (Q) Are tonsils bad? (A) Tonsils are affected, but with the better circulation these may be brought to normal. If there is the local infection of such a nature that it tends to KEEP a disturbance, have Beasley remove same.

13. (Q) Does walking hurt me? (A) Walking HURTS, but it is when the adjustments are made that the body must attempt gradually to do. But do not do so without an aid that will keep away fear of falling. Do not attempt to climb stairs or go down steps; and especially without aid - and especially until adjustments are being made. When the adjustments are made in the lumbar axis, first relax the area by Wet Heat and the adjustments will be easily made.

14. (Q) What about my teeth? (A) The general condition here is that there has NEVER been sufficient of the calcium for the completion even of the teeth in the system. Hence there has been a great deal of disturbance left through the system. Hence the necessity for the rubs and the hot packs in such quantities; that, with the distribution of the circulatory forces, this condition may be relieved. A little later - but not until there has been better coordination established by the removal of pressures and the stimulating of coordination of the activities of both the deeper and the superficial circulation - which as we find should be by the middle of March - we would then have local attention to the teeth; and also add more calcium to the system through the taking of Calcios in small quantities; a little bit taken every day, preferably spread on bread or cracker.

15. (Q) What is the trouble with the big toe on left foot? (A) Still those conditions as indicated.

Do as we have outlined for the better forces in the present.

16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (GD's notes at the time of the reading: See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions to be taken to Dr. Martha Beard, Hopkinsville, Ky. The Calcios, when you begin taking it in March, may be obtained from the Colloidal Health Products Corp., Greenvale, Long Island, N.Y. It is a syrupy paste, and sells for $2.50 a jar. The manufacturers claim it is the BEST way of getting free calcium assimilated by the system.) m.)
