1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that may be asked.
2. EC: Yes - we have the body, [1679].
3. As we find, the disturbing conditions which prevent the better normal forces are rather latent; and at times give expression or manifestation in the physical forces such as to cause a great deal of disturbance through the circulation.
4. These as we find are rather the complication, and misdirected impulses as well as the effects are produced by same upon the glandular forces - and thus to the circulation.
5. Thus there is the continued reaction of the form of disturbance between the superficial and the deep circulation, giving expressions in the form of those rashes and disturbances or weaknesses through the body.
6. These as we find, then, will require that there be the consideration given to the causes and the natures, as well as to the effects, if there would be the eradication of the disturbances from this body.
7. As has been indicated, the subluxations in the 9th dorsal and through the lumbar area make for impulses that prevent a normal activity of the assimilating system; that is, not only through the digestive forces - wherein the lacteals and the system of assimilation takes up the values from the system that come from absorption - but in the excretory functions of the glandular force as related to same.
8. Thus we continue to have this effluvium in the blood stream and the irregularity of same in relationships to the functionings of the organs as of eliminations in all natures of same.
9. But we find that these will respond if there will be the carrying out of these suggestions:

10. First we would have, mechanically - preferably osteopathically - an alleviation of those subluxations in the area indicated. There should be one general treatment and one corrective treatment administered each week.
11. After at least the third or fourth correction (which would be after the third week, you see), we would begin with the Diathermy; that makes for the vibratory forces in its activity upon not only the nerve impulse but through the nerve plexus and its reactions a better vibratory rate between the superficial and deeper circulation. Thus the heat would be raised to very high treatments, but this done gradually; and by the sixth or seventh treatment should be given for at least thirty minutes.
12. As we find, the series of the osteopathic adjustments should be for at least three weeks; and the Diathermy for about an equal period. Hence we find about one week of diathermy, after the body-forces have been brought to better alignment - or twice a week with the Diathermy, twice a week with the corrective forces, see? Then after resting for at least two weeks, have another series of three weeks of the osteopathic manipulative forces - and as to whether necessary for further Diathermy would depend upon the reactions that have been obtained in the clearing of the bodily forces and bodily wastes.
13. And we will find that with the corrections, with the proper considerations for the diet - that is, keeping the alkalinity, keeping the better physical eliminations through the alimentary canal in normal reaction - we will bring the better conditions and remove these disturbances that have been for so long giving disturbing conditions in VARYING ways and manners to this body, [1679].
14. Ready for questions.
