1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1688]; this we have had before.
3. While there are improvements from those conditions as we find first disturbed the body, there is the inclination for the stoppage or choking of the gall duct, and disturbance through the area; making for some regurgitation, also a disturbance through the whole intestinal tract.
4. And these as we find should have attention in such a way and manner as to eliminate the causes of the disturbance, and we would expel those disturbances that continue to at times bring disorders of various natures to the better physical functioning of this body.
5. First, as we find then, we would have again the Castor Oil Packs for an hour at least at a period for at least three successive evenings, changing the Packs after half an hour of application. Even though the hot pad may be placed over same, this is needed for the air as well as the changing of same that there may be the greater absorption. Have at least three thicknesses of flannel, this extending from the lower portion of the rib area and over the liver, the gall duct and to the caecum area, so that all portions of the rib area and liver and right part of the body, right side, may be affected not only by the heat but the absorption of those properties that will produce better reaction through the activity of the peristaltic movement as well as the emunctory circulation in both the superficial and the deeper circulation.
6. Each evening that the Packs are taken (and we would take at least three), we would take after same at least a tablespoonful of Olive Oil.
7. After the second one is taken it would be well that an enema be taken, or colonic irrigation, so as to assist in

removing from the whole of the system all of those accumulations that tend to clog the colon area.
8. Then, after these Packs have been taken and the body has rested from same for a couple of days, it would be well to have the gall duct area DRAINED by the osteopathic adjustments and manipulations. As to how many such osteopathic adjustments would depend upon the response, but have sufficient that there is a draining well of the gall duct itself, and stimulating the secretion and activity of the liver area.
9. Through those periods when these applications are being made, take as the diet rather not the heavy foods but an ELIMINATING diet; only liquids and semi-liquids, though there may be included such as gruels or cereals, fruits of all kinds or characters; fresh and raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, and a little of meats if desired. But the PRINCIPAL portion of the diet, through the periods especially when the Oil Packs are being given, would be the semi-liquids.
10. Do these, if we would bring the better conditions.
11. As the applications osteopathically progress, the diet may be changed a bit to the more regular foods, but keep a great deal of fruits, whether they are the irradiated (?) or dried fruits or of whatever nature - a great deal of fruits should be a portion of the diet; dry, cooked and raw also.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) When diet is changed, has stomach healed sufficiently to partake curly greens without ill effects? (A) These would not be best too soon, but wait until after at least quite a number of the osteopathic applications or treatments for the draining of the gall duct, see? Because this is not easy - it tends to upset the digestive forces, and the greens as we find tend to pack easily in the system. A little later, these well prepared and preferably cooked in their own juices, will be very well.
14. (Q) What causes nausea and gnawing sensation in stomach? (A) The conditions in the gall duct area.
15. (Q) Why does skirt or belt when only moderately tight hurt my stomach? (A) The area as indicated where there is such a soreness. Hence the needs for the Oil Packs to be used, and the eliminations set up in the manner as indicated, that we may reduce a great deal of this disturbance before there is even the attempt to make changes.

16. (Q) What can be taken for constipation, and how can it be corrected so I will not have to take some sort of laxative each day? (A) All of this is to aid the constipation, and after the osteopathic adjustments and treatments sufficient for the full draining of the system this should be materially aided.
17. (Q) What causes my back to hurt badly at times, also head, and feeling of tightness in throat as difficulty in breathing? (A) All of these arise from the disturbance in the upper hepatic or liver and gall duct area. Do these things, and as we find we will bring better forces for this body.
