Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, conditions here improve, and then gradually, as there are those activities or exertions, or the refraining from the keeping of the normal balance, there is a reverting to disturbing forces.

4. We find that the closer adherence to those suggestions that have been indicated would facilitate the keeping in better accord with that which will allow for the greater physical activities and reactions through the body.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Please give cause and cure for nervousness over entire body, inwardly and outwardly? (A) As indicated, this is from indiscretions on the part of the body as to diet, as to the general disturbances through periods of elimination, and reactions to the system, and the allowing of self to become overexercised over resentments which arise at times in relationships to conditions or to individuals.

Hence we would adhere closer to the constructive thinking, as well as keeping the body better relaxed - not with drugs, but by the MENTAL reactions, as well as the low electrical vibratory forces from the Violet Ray, AND the mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments.

7. (Q) Backache and headache? (A) These are from the same sources, and the reactions of the same conditions.

8. (Q) Have the osteopathic adjustments I have been taking been given correctly? (A) These have been very well, where the rest of the activities of the body have been in keeping with same.

Do these things as outlined for the better forces of this body; and we are through with this Reading. [See 1688-4,
