1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1688]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are general improvements throughout the whole physical forces of the body; while there are periods when there is the reverting to some of the old disturbances.

4. We would keep applying, rather periodically, all of those things that have been suggested.

5. From the lack of vitality through the body, there are those tendencies to feel rather indolent, or rather tired, and weak.

6. These come from the lack of proper superficial circulation through the lymph forces, which arise from the inclinations for adherence that existed through the gall duct and liver area and through the abdomen and in the caecum area.

7. Hence these tend to produce a form of irritation - not inflammation but irritation; and thus take up or require the emunctory and lymph circulation to become so increased as to take away the strength and vitality, with physical and mental activities of the body.

8. We find that these may be met through other conditions as we would suggest here, as well as by keeping in attunement with the vital energies of vitamins for the body.

9. The Adiron we would continue in sufficient quantities to supply energies.

10. Also we would have in the regular diet more of Vitamin B-1, A and D. The B-1 we would take mostly in the foods, while A and D may be supplied the better through the Adiron - if these properties are taken in periods, as indicated. Take for ten days, leave off about five, and then continue - especially through the coming season.

11. Then for the supplying of better energies to the body,

especially in the superficial circulation:

12. About twice each week, almost bathe in Olive Oil or Peanut Oil; especially Peanut Oil - in the joints, the neck, across the clavicle, across all the areas of the spine, the rib and the frontal area to the pit of stomach, across the stomach and especially in the diaphragm area; then across the hips and the lower portion of the back and across the sacral area and then the limbs themselves. Massage these by dipping the fingers in the oil. Do not sponge off immediately. Do this just before retiring, wipe off with tissue, and then bathe off in the morning, see? As we find, if these are kept consistently, we will not only build strength but supply the better circulation throughout the whole body.

13. Do that.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Is place on right side of face, close to nose, of a cancerous nature? (A) No.

16. (Q) What is cause of pain in heart area, tiredness in lung area, and colds in head and throat? (A) Just as indicated. Owing to the conditions through the torso portion of the body, there is oft the calling on the system to supply energies through the areas. These detract from, or become distressing periods for other portions of the body, especially where there is required a great deal of lymph and emunctory circulation. The lymph and emunctory circulation is the water blood, or that in which there is the creation of more of the leucocyte. The leucocytes are the warriors in the body itself. These then are the vital energies needed, and may be supplied through the properties indicated, the food values, and especially the rubs.

17. (Q) What is cause of continuous ringing in head and ears? (A) Same reasons as we have indicated. This is an area in which a great deal of lymph is required, through the throat, the nasal passages and the soft tissues of face. Hence specifically the massages with the Peanut Oil, as indicated, are to be given around the neck and about the head, see? But it would be well to massage each joint with same. Take not just a few minutes, but set a period and make of it an occasion when the massage is given. Take from thirty minutes to an hour or hour and a half to do it!

18. (Q) Eliminations are very bad. Would Tam be good for me as an eliminant? (A) It may be very well, or any that is of a senna base.

1688-7 Page 3

This is merely a combination with the same influences that are in many preparations, but this is very good.

19. (Q) Mouth and gums are very sore at times and gums are receding badly. (A) Use an equal combination of salt and soda, dampened, as a gum massage each day. At least twice a week use a good dentifrice. Ipsab would be well here.

20. (Q) Are milk, eggs and dried figs good for me? (A) Depends upon the manner in which they are prepared. Prepare the eggs soft, and not too much of the white. The figs should be stewed, of course, and taken with other food values - to be the most beneficial.

21. (Q) What about milk? (A) The eggs taken with milk would be well, as also the milk itself. This is very good, if it is taken properly.

22. (Q) What can be done for further treatment of gas formation? (A) Take the Alcaroid when this causes distress.

23. (Q) Suggest something to strengthen eyes. (A) The eye, head and neck exercise would be the better.

24. (Q) How about further Castor Oil Packs? (A) As indicated, these are to be used occasionally. When there is any trouble through the caecum or gall duct area, apply them for two or three days - but take the Olive Oil afterwards.

25. (Q) Any further advice? (A) The body is on the improve. Keep it so. But don't neglect the periods of this massage. Tuesdays and Fridays would be well, or such a balance in the week. But don't put it off. Begin and do it regularly. Then, keep the mental attitudes in those activities in which the body is not only being good, but being good for something.
