1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, 1690] - this we have had before. While there are the exaggeration of physical disturbances in the system, these - as we find - with persistence and consistency may be made to respond to those forces as will create for the system that strength and virility necessary to overcome the depleted condition as arises from acidity in digestive system, disorders in the alimentary canal itself, gases as form in the stomach, as WELL as in the intestinal tract, producing irritations in the intestinal tract makes for pressures in the heart's region, also makes for the activities or quick pulsations in the heart area, burning in the throat, depressions in the lung's area - from the lack of blood itself; the poor circulation and pressure as cause swelling in feet at times, the cough as is indicated when the body tires, lies down, or at times when the body becomes excited or over nervous from either the physical activities or mental disturbances TO the body. These, as we find, are SYMPATHETIC conditions, and more FUNCTIONAL disorder than organic; though, to be sure, there MUST come organic disorders unless time, patience and persistence is given to the system to ALLOW sufficient time for the recuperative forces OF the body to act or respond TO those things as may be set up in the system - see?
2. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions in the present, we would first prepare - or have prepared - as this, as an eliminant and emit, and as an active force in the digestive system to create that as will ALLOW for better assimilations in the system:
3. Take 6 ounces ambrosia weed, or ragweed - either green or dried. Put this in 32 ounces of distilled water. Reduce by slow boiling to 1/2 the quantity. Drain off, or strain. To this solution then add: Syrup of Sarsaparilla.................1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia................1/4 ounce,

10% solution Iodide of Potassium.......20 minims, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium......30 minims. Cut 2 drams Balsam of Tolu in 3 ounces of GRAIN alcohol and add to the solution. Shake together before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful 3 times each day, before meal time and before retiring - see?
4. We would ALSO prepare as this, as an expectorant and as an active force in the system, that will give appetite, will give stimulation to the blood supply, will give those proper activities in the system:
5. Take 4 ounces Wild Cherry Bark, put this in 32 ounces of distilled water. Reduce this to 1/2 the quantity. To this we would add: Syrup of Horehound....................1/2 ounce, COMPOUND Syrup of Sarsaparilla........1/2 ounce. Cut 2 ounces of rock candy in 1/2 pint of Spirits Frumenti, until it is all dissolved, and add to the solution - see - 1/2 pint (4 ounces). The dose (and this should be shaken together before dose is taken) would be a full teaspoonful at least twice each day, in the morning and in the afternoon - NOT at meal time.
6. We would also have those of the manipulative forces which may be had by the use of the electrically driven vibrator along the spine, from head to the base or the end of spine, ALSO across the sacral region and down the lower part or back part of the limbs. Do this each evening upon retiring.
7. As to the diet and the activities, eat those things which are BLOOD and NERVE building. Plenty of those of tripe, pigs' feet, liver, and of such things. Beware of TOO much of those that are altogether starchy meals. Be WELL were THIS FORM of diet followed rather closely, though it may be altered to meet the needs of the body:
8. Mornings - citrus fruits, or fresh fruits, or prunes, or figs, or the like - with toast (whole wheat, browned, buttered), coffee, coddled egg.
9. Noon - a vegetable soup, or broth of meats - but no meats in this meal.
10. Evening - well cooked vegetables, especially those of the BEAN variety, whether those of the snap, of the white, or the Lima, or what nature - well cooked; with pigs' feet, tripe, liver, oils of every nature are WELL to be taken. This meal may also have coffee in MODERATION.
11. The activities - keep off the feet as MUCH as possible, especially during the first 10 days these properties are

given.
12. Occasionally have the high enema to relieve those pressures in the colon.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Have I any lung or bronchial trouble? (A) Rather sympathetic conditions, and MOSTLY indigestion.
15. (Q) Is there any obstruction in rectum, or piles? (A) This will be relieved - it is more from a prolapsus - Hence the use of the enema to relieve these conditions, see?
16. (Q) What causes cramps in feet, especially at night? (A) Poor circulation, as has been indicated. Hence those vibrations. Follow these lines, and we will overcome these conditions. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File " " Ass'n
