1. EC: Now, we have those influences and conditions as disturb the body of [1690].

2. As we find, if there is the continued flooding, it would be well for operative measures to prevent this great strain upon the vital forces of the body so reducing the strength and vitality as to cause greater distresses on already weakened forces of the system.

3. We would advise, then, the consideration of operative measures for the stopping of this flooding.

4. We are through for the present.
