Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving cause of the existing conditions, physical and mental; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1694].

3. As we find, the conditions as disturbing forces are incoordination; the causes arising from prenatal conditions, and the lack of those vibrations within the bodily functions to cause the nominal or normal reaction of impulse between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system.

4. Thus we may term such as a deficiency in the gray matter in the brain itself. It is NOT a disease, then, but a lack of sufficient of those elements that produce about the nucleus of each cellular force a normalcy in the vibratory forces as set up in the impulses in the ganglia and in the deeper or cerebrospinal system itself.

5. This as we find may be materially aided.

6. As to whether this would eventually bring perfect NORMALCY or not will depend upon the reactions in the system, and the mental AND material attitude of those making the application towards the body-force itself.

7. We find that the general physical forces react rather nominally; but as these conditions have passed the periods of puberty, and there are the inclinations for the abnormal physical development in the activities of the genital system, we find that a part of the treatments would necessarily be - or preferably would be - to make the body sterile WITHOUT castration.

8. This would necessitate first, then, activities on the part of a physician that is given authority and power to perform such operative measures for the body.

9. THEN, WHEN these have been carried out, there may be made the particular applications of the low electrical natures - which we will indicate - that may add to the glandular system such as to bring the much nearer and the more perfect

coordination.

10. First, then, these measures had best be determined upon - to make the body sterile.

11. Then there may be given suggestions through this channel for the mental reactions in the body.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Is there one physician you would suggest? (A) Preferably, those that have been or are in cooperation with those who brought the body into being - or associates of the delivery surgeon or doctor.
