1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces, giving the conditions that are as personalities, latent and exhibited, in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth's plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development of the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how; answering the questions that may be asked.
2. EC: Yes, we have the records of that entity now known as or called [1700].
3. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here, an unusual amount of records is indicated - and an All-Seeing-Eye appears as the guiding influence for the entity.
4. Then, if the directions through the formative years - the next four or five - are to the activities of a spiritual nature, or towards a mindfulness and thoughtfulness of the entity as to SPIRITUAL things, GREAT may be the accomplishments of this entity during this experience.
5. On the other hand, if the spiritual laws and spiritual truths are neglected in the guiding of this entity through such periods, many a sorrow may come to those who have neglected and do neglect that which is the command, the injunction to every parent!
6. For materializations of spiritual things - and they, the spiritual, are all that are constructive - in the manner that peace and harmony and real development are the part of an entity's experience through a sojourn. And if such are neglected, then materialism or materiality is the result - and these become the paramount issues in the experience of such an entity as this.
1700-1 Page 2
7. For being high-minded, being well-equipped for purposefulness in its activities, these should be, these must be for the greater development of the abilities guided in spiritual things.
8. For the inclinations of the entity, or in the entity, are to find fault too easily with others. Oft is such an inclination to shield self, or self's shortcomings.
9. Too easily may the entity become pessimistic; and he will find sooner or later that the optimist finds greater happiness, much greater joy in living.
10. In choosing then the experience, both from the astrological and the material sojourns of the entity's activities, such is done with the desire and hope to bring to the entity a helpfulness - as well as to those responsible for the directing of the material environments, and much through same the thoughts and directions, the endeavors and activities of the entity may be guided to take.
11. Astrologically, then, we find the influences are not merely because of the position of a star or planet, sun or moon, or any of the astrological aspects or effects or influences; but rather through the entity's activities these have an innate influence because of sojourns and activities of the innate or soul self through such environs.
12. And that ye think, that ye devour as it were, that spirit of same ye become.
13. The material sojourns find expression more in the emotional portion of the entity's being.
14. And as this entity is supersensitive as it were to vibrations, to environs, to conditions or surroundings, and to those who impel activity of the mental self, we find that the material sojourns will be inclined to have a greater PULLING power as it were towards activities in the entity's experience.
15. But from the astrological we find the influences innate, and some are to be cultivated, that may grow, that may expand; and become more a portion of the influence; just as others are to be curbed and a lesson gained and applied rather than allowing self to drift into those things that become - as has been well expressed - influences that so easily beset human endeavor.
16. In Venus we find a great influence, bringing a poetic temperament; the very nature of rhythm, beauty in many forms and manners - in music and the like; all of these innately.
17. But remember that the entity - because of criticism or of overpraise - is inclined to become too easily discouraged or too easily puffed up; or too easily pessimistic to advice
1700-1 Page 3
and counsel, feeling innately that there is its own experience or own life to be lived and not to be interfered with.
18. TRUE! but there should be also that training, that directing to know that all is ONE; and know indeed the real meaning of that proclaimed, "Know, O ISRAEL - the Lord thy God is ONE!"
19. Hence as there is the body, the mind, the soul - three as it were in one - they each demand, yea, each cry aloud for expression; the body-mind and body crying out for the satisfying of the appetites of same.
20. The mind seeks greater expression in its activity in relationships to things, to peoples, to conditions; and in such manners, means and ways of giving expression to same in audible ways, or bringing them to fruition by their very acclaiming.
21. On the other hand, the soul saith "Yea, but ye shall give an account for every idle word, for every evil thought done in this temporal body!"
22. Hence the entity needs that tutoring, that directing, that brought into being as to how to meet EVERY phase of its developing body and mind; that the soul may indeed manifest itself and give greater expression to the glory of Him for whose purpose and in Whom ye live and move and have thy being!
23. In Jupiter we will find that the very activities of the body, of the mind, are inclined to act upon peoples and masses, rather than things.
24. Hence we will find abilities in the entity's make-up to criticize. Learn, then, to do this - and that it is to be done in a CONSTRUCTIVE manner and not in a detrimental manner, or in a manner as to bring either to self or to those so criticized the lost hope and disappointments that mar the very beings of others.
25. In Uranus we find the temperaments as it were of the entity and its being.
26. Hence in the developing life and through its activities in its associations there will be periods of EXTREMES. And only when there is gained the real concept as to understand, know and apply the SPIRITUAL laws - whether they pertain to associations, realizations, applications, peoples or things - will there be the full comprehension or the best in the abilities of the entity expressed.
27. In Saturn we will find the changes, the seeking of many different fields and ways and manners of giving expression to self.
28. For as those temperaments, as those extremes manifest,
1700-1 Page 4
so will those inclinations for pessimism.
29. Hence the great need of being grounded in an ideal that is beyond reproach, that is not made with hands nor with moneys nor with fame, but rather that city whose foundation and Maker is GOD!
30. The manifestations of the entity in the material plane, as may be found from that already indicated, have been quite varied.
31. Hence the abilities of the entity to give expressions of itself will lie in many fields. And only is the retardment to be had by pessimism, and the lack of understanding self and its relationships to Creative Forces - as may FIND the greater expression in dealings with the fellow men.
32. Before this, then, we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those periods when there was the setting up or the establishing of rules for the peoples BY the peoples, in a NEW and untried way and manner.
33. Hence we find the entity acting in those capacities of the teacher to the young in that day, in the name Ernest Twiddy.
34. In the experience the entity gained because of its activities in giving itself in its abilities to others for their practical application in meeting conditions and activities of the day in a spiritual manner; and because of the counsel to the elders of the nation, of the town or city, as well as the country, during that experience.
35. For, Tutwell Conway (?) was taught by THIS entity!
36. As to the application of self, and the urges arising from the experience, we find there is the natural inclination to be a leader in whatever group or activity the entity may engage self; yet with the inclinations to belittle the endeavors of others.
37. Learn ye then thy English as WELL as thy morals, and KNOW - as they have their inception in the EXPERIENCE of individuals for a purpose - so ye have a duty and an obligation to thyself as well as to thy abilities and thy associates.
38. Bring HOPE, not disappointment! Bring CHEER, not the dregs of fear! And ye will find thine OWN self uplifted in the very good ye do for others. Not with the hope always of double price or gain for the help ye give. For with what measure ye mete it WILL be measured to thee again! And as ye find fault, know ye set yourself in a position for others to find fault with thee!
39. Before that we find the entity was in the Roman experience, during those periods when there were those establishings by the Roman empire of activities in other
1700-1 Page 5
lands - for their gain in not only the wealth but in those things that would bring a greater comprehending to the peoples.
40. The entity then was rather in that position of a writer of open verse in such manners as to depict the activities in those varied lands, to portray the lives of the peoples in the other lands; as well as that as might be expected of those peoples as companions, yea as servants, yea as lords - in the activity of a united empire.
41. The name then was Marcus Denus. In the experience the entity gained, the entity lost. For so easily, when there were those who spoke lightly of the entity or who did not show deference to the entity, it was within the power of the entity - through his activities - to bring dismay and fear into the lives and experiences of the many.
42. From those abilities and activities the entity will find its present ability to act in the capacity as a critic of music, of art, of plays; as one that has SHOWN deference to those of ability in every phase and sphere of human endeavor that attempts to bring to the human understanding the relationships one to another in the varied spheres of endeavor or experience!
43. Before that we find the entity was in the Persian and Arabian land, during those periods when there was the establishing of activities in the "city in the hills and the plains"; when there were many of the raids, many of those conditions arising between the peoples of the city and those of the plain, as well as those that were the emissaries or the conductors of activities between the varied lands.
44. The entity was of the household opposed to the activity of the leader in the "city," and thus coming under the influence of the Grecian forces and influences - in the latter portion of the experience - brought detrimental forces to those activities that had been attempted in the city in the hills and the plains.
45. Thus we find the entity in the present showing the abilities in relation to leadership, in activities as related to the conducting of programs or propaganda of various natures or characters.
46. The name then was Dusduoi.
47. As to the abilities and the application in the present from such, we find that if those abilities in those directions are tempered with mercy - as the entity would have mercy shown, or with those things that are of a spiritual concept - they may become channels through which great deeds may be accomplished by the entity, and the entity be called blessed by the many.
1700-1 Page 6
48. Otherwise, the reverse may be the experience.
49. Before that we find the entity was among those in the days when there were journeyings to the many lands from the Egyptian; to what is now known as the Indian, the Mongoloid and the like.
50. The entity was among those from the land of Saneid, or India, who came into the Egyptian land; and gained there something of the concept as to the application of the rule of those peoples. Thus the entity attempted to make correlations of the activity; being ESPECIALLY influenced by the music of the day - as well as by the ones who made same.
51. Thus we find the entity's abilities in music, as well as verse, becoming a part of the experience.
52. The name then was Saiund.
53. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then:
54. Much might be said as to the needs, ESPECIALLY of this entity, with the power that is innate, of being directed in those channels in which creative influences and forces must be the guiding factor.
55. Too much could not be said as to these directions. For without it, the life is BADLY directed! WITH IT - hope, faith, goodwill may be that which will raise the entity to a power that has been accorded to only a few men!
