1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions of help and relief for this body. You will answer the questions he submits, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1708].
3. As we find, there is rather the complication of disturbances that prevent the better or nearer normal physical functioning.
4. These as we find have to do more particularly with the hepatic circulation, and the affectation to the organs of same; as the liver and the kidneys are the greater disturbing factors.
5. Then, these are conditions as we find them with this body, Mr. [1708].
6. In the blood supply there are the indications of how in times back there was first a condition in the kidneys, or irritations in the organs of the pelvis. These set up disturbances to the lower hepatic circulation.
7. Then later - as indicated in the blood stream - the liver becomes involved.
8. Hence we have the effect of these through the circulatory system; as the metabolism and the katabolism are both disturbed in their reactions to the system.
9. The effects also are upon the general system as related to assimilation, and the necessity for the attempt to make for a greater balance through the activities of the glandular force.
10. This is through the action of the special foods or diets for the body.
11. While we find some of the applications in the present are very well, we would add other vibratory forces for the body that would aid in correcting the glandular forces; and add to the nerve energy.
12. Thus we might overcome the disturbances even to the point where the accumulations and the irritated portions
1708-1 Page 2
might become eradicated without the necessity of operative measures.
13. If these additions indicated here DO NOT make for a distributing of the energies to the system in such a way as to eliminate the necessity for an operative method, they would at least segregate and build up the system so that the operative forces would not be as severe as if they were undertaken in the present condition of the blood supply and the general system itself.
14. Then, as we find:
15. We would keep very well towards the diet which has been indicated. However, one specific change we would make; that there be added at least once a week the Jerusalem artichoke. This would be most beneficial, from the very activity of the properties in this as related to sugar, and as related to the activities of the pancreas and kidneys. This may be taken either raw or cooked, one way at one time and the other the next. When cooked, however, it would be boiled in its OWN juices - that is, in Patapar Paper; and would not be boiled so MUCH that it becomes hard or stringy, but just so it may be taken and well assimilated if it is eaten right. Use one about the size of an egg or a little larger.
16. We would also use the vibratory forces of the low electrical nature that will carry into the system the vibrations from the Chloride of Gold one day, and the Silver Nitrate the next day.
17. When the Gold Solution is used, the attachment of the small copper plate would be to the 4th lumbar; while the larger plate, through which the Gold Solution vibration passes (in the proportion of two grains Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water; or fifteen grains in seven and one-half ounces of Distilled Water - as it usually comes in that quantity), would be attached to the umbilicus and lacteal duct - or that area just about two to three fingers straight across toward the right from the naval center or umbilicus.
18. The next day, when the Silver Solution is used, the small copper plate would be attached to the 9th dorsal; while the other plate - through which the Nitrate of Silver Solution vibration passes (a very weak solution, or a two percent Silver Nitrate solution) - would be attached to the lacteal duct or umbilicus center, the same as the day before.
19. Each of these would be given every other day, you see, for twenty to thirty minutes.
20. The attachment plates should be kept very clean, of course, or polished, each time before and after their use;
1708-1 Page 3
and should be attached to the body in the manner indicated.
21. With the rest of the conditions we would keep near in the same order to bring about the better forces for the body itself.
22. Keep the mental attitude in a constructive way and manner, if there would be the better forces.
23. Ready for questions.
24. (Q) Is this a curable condition? (A) As we find, if there is the ability to make the glandular secretions such that there is not too great a reaction to organs - or if taken in time, as we have indicated - we should relieve these disturbances without their being the cause of dissolution.
25. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of the Wet Cell Appliance. This may be prepared to be used in your own home, or it may be used each day under a physician's direction - we suggest that you discuss this with Mr. Hugh Lynn Cayce. At your convenience, we would appreciate your sending a report of your case - its history from the beginning, to the time you obtained your Reading. This is valuable for our files.)
