Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [1709], present in this room, together with her present position at ... Electric & Supply Co., and her desire to be of maximum help in our country's conflict. You will consider her physical condition as well as mental and spiritual desires in this connection and give specific advice and counsel. Then you will answer the questions she submits, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [1709]; this in various phases we have had before.
3. Many conditions are to be taken into consideration when giving advice or counsel.
4. Those conditions as may be expected or that are in the making may be indicated. Then choices as to that the entity would do in respect to same MUST be made by self.
5. It is true that there are needs for consideration on the part of each and every individual in the land as to the ideals and purposes. The spirit of the times as well as that of the land must be considered. The needs of those that are being and will be called into actual combat, as well as in service, must be considered.
6. As we find, there is much to be considered also as to self's own temperament, self's own purpose, self's own physical weaknesses as WELL as self's own strength. And these, too, should be made a part of that concerning which the entity may be called to make decisions.
7. It is true that in the present associations there is the activity in part of a general defense organization, yet others might be called upon to fill the places of the entity's own activities when the entity might give itself in the greater or closer collaboration in the needs of those who are called upon to give of their own selves in strength, in health, in weakness, in body as well as mind.
8. The abilities of the entity to fill such are well, and

these are noble impulses. Yet all considerations must be taken into mind as choices are made.
9. If there is to be the offer of self in service as an aid in those activities related to defense, choose well. But these are noble, these are and should be inspiring activities to many another.
10. KNOW in what ye believe. Know the author of that faith, and know He is able to keep thee ALL the way.

12. (Q) I have been offered a position at the Naval Base. Is this the opportunity which my Life Reading indicated would present itself to change my job from [...]'s? (A) There are greater services that the entity may fill than this. We would not make such a change as this. If it is as one in the GENERAL defense, choose well.
13. (Q) Shall I leave [...]'s, and if so where and how shall I apply for other work? (A) If there is to be the leaving (and this is not saying to leave - unless the desire or the choice is made), do so with the Red Cross or with the nurse service.
14. (Q) Please give more specific information as to how I may plan for the home which I am to build, according to my Life Reading? (A) This will come when more specific, more definite undertakings are begun that are at hand. This should not be hurried, but should be considered in the light of conditions, circumstances, needs of that ye hold near and dear.
15. (Q) In what voluntary defense work should I take part? (A) As indicated.
16. (Q) Should I continue my course in drafting at night school or devote this time to something else, if so what? (A) This depends upon what the choice is to be. There are needs, there is the opportunity for a great service through those needs that are at hand and that are coming more and more for a closer work with those who give their all.
17. (Q) Regarding the indication in my Life Reading that I would be thrown with the Jewish people in this life, please advise whether this is to be through business, social or marital relations? (A) It may be, it is partially in two, it may be in the third. These depend upon choices as to service and activity that is to be a part of the experience of the entity.
18. (Q) Would the contemplated trip to Florida the 24th of this month be advisable? (A) This, too, depends upon what is to be the ultimate choice as to service and activity. This would be well as a

period for making such a decision.
19. (Q) Would a Check Life Reading at this time be of special benefit? (A) Use that thou hast in hand well first, then more may be given thee better.
20. (Q) Are there any suggestions for the betterment of my physical condition at this time? (A) Keep close in those ways of suggestions for the correction of those detrimental effects produced at times in the physical forces of the body. As ye aid others, more help comes to thee. This is a UNIVERSAL law that each may apply and find from same INDIVIDUAL applications and benefits.
