R E A D I N G
Time of Reading 11:30 to 11:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions; also suggestions for help and relief for this body. You will answer the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1711], present in this room.
3. Now as we find, there are conditions which disturb the better physical functioning; and as we find these may be corrected in such a way as to give the better physical manifestation of the mental and spiritual reactions of this entity.
4. These should be considered, ever, as one; yet, as each phase of the entity is a portion of the whole, the attitudes, the mental reactions to influences from without and within have their effect upon the portions of the organism as a physical unit or entity.
5. In the blood supply we find rather the source, in a manner, the cause of disturbances which arise from conditions that have been long existent - through an unbalancing of the chemical forces of the purely physical conditions.
6. These, though eradicated in many ways, have left in the functioning of the system conditions that at times arise to cause a great disturbance in one manner or another - as is indicated in the present by the local conditions which have become manifest by the segregation of disturbing forces and influences; and thus separating themselves, attempting to eliminate the disturbing factors.
7. And this as we find is nature's manner of expelling from the system those impurities which if carried on through other portions of the system would become disturbing factors to the functioning of organs - while in the body in the present, other than functional, we do not find great disturbance in the organs of the body - as functioning

organs, but functioning disturbances show their effects.
8. Then, in the blood stream proper, as we have indicated, there has been carried from time to time the lack of the ability of the separations in such a manner as to cause the proper eliminations through their channels of elimination.
9. For the eliminations are not merely through the alimentary canal, nor through the respiratory system, nor through the kidneys, but through ALL of these - as well as the perspiratory system. And these - as body, mind and soul - must function in a coordinant and cooperative manner - if there would be the perfect or near perfect balance in same.
10. These have at times caused and do cause disturbance in portions of the system; thus affecting the activity of organs through their general association as one with another - as the upsetting at times of the digestion, at others the disturbance to the general nervous system, as to cause some localization in some portion of the extremities, or to give off as it were signals through pressures upon the brain centers, or the incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system.
11. All of these are a part of the general disturbance, as we find, through the body.
12. And as indicated, these conditions localized here upon the neck are not in themselves of a nature other than the system's attempting to care for or to eliminate poisons.
13. Hence as we find, if there were the applications of Iodex for the local condition there, with it being cleansed properly with an antiseptic that is not too strong, there would be a healing very readily.
14. Then, as for the disturbances through the general system, to build for a better coordination through the activities:
15. First, there needs to be a cleansing or a purifying of the system.
16. Hence we would take internally for three to four days an equal combination of these ingredients, added together in the ORDER NAMED; about a tablespoonful of each, you see: Rochelle Salts Cream of Tartar Sulphur Take about a level teaspoonful of the mixture at a dose, and this once a day should be sufficient. This would be taken as a cleanser for the whole system.
17. Then, after this has been taken for three to four days, leave off a day; THEN take ONE minim of Atomidine in half a glass of water before the morning meal each day for three or four days. Then leave this off for a day. Then begin with

taking the combination or compound as indicated for three to four more days. Then this may be left off for several days - three, four to five.
18. Then begin all over again; and keep these up from time to time until the system has purified itself.
19. After the third round of this, begin with taking Codiron as a tonic, and as a body and blood builder. For this is combined in such a manner as to be easily assimilated, and adding in the proper manner the vitamins necessary to build within the physical forces of the body the necessary resistances in the system, especially where the purifying of the system will have been carried on.
20. Take the Codiron, two tablets once during the day - with the evening meal preferably, or at whatever time the heavier meal of the day is eaten. These may be swallowed or assimilated with the food if so desired. It would be well for these to be continued through the greater part of the cold weather period, or throughout the period of inclement or unsettled weather - or until February or March.
21. Do these and we would bring the better influences and forces for this body, [1711].
22. Ready for questions.
23. (Q) Would it be necessary to remove any teeth? If so, which ones? (A) Local attention to these would be preferable, and only removing those where there is the indication that their effect upon the system is to add to the general disturbance - and these as we find would only be a FEW in the present.
24. (Q) What may be done to enable me to sleep through the night? (A) Purifying of the system in the manners indicated will relieve the tensions upon the nervous system in such a way that the functions of the body will bring the normal rest for the body. This is much preferable to attempting to take or to apply influences that become an abhorrence to the bodily functions. For, as is understood - if the body takes the time for thought - physical rest is the natural means of the mental and spiritual finding the means of coordinating with the activities of the mental-physical in the body, see? Hence rest is necessary, but that which would be INDUCED - unless it becomes necessary because of pain or the like - is not a NATURAL rest, nor does it produce a regeneration for the activities of the physical body.
25. (Q) Any special treatment for the eyes? (A) The low electrical forces as from the Violet Ray would be MOST beneficial, if only applied for a short duration

each day - that is, half a minute, and gradually increased to a minute. Use only the Double Eye Applicator, and NOT the Single. Do these things and as we find we will bring to the physical forces much nearer to normal reactions.
