1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1711]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, while there are some disturbing conditions, these are rather the effect of some anxiety and the results of cold and congestion, and the poisons that are accumulations rising as ash in the system.
4. Thus we will find there will be much better influences and forces in the system, if there are a little better eliminations established - from those conditions which have existed and which do exist, and then the building of the body towards much better resistances.
5. Use such as ENO SALTS as an eliminant. Take about a teaspoonful each morning, in a glass of water, for a week. Then leave off for three days. Then take it for three to five days again. Leave off, and then take again - and so on.
6. Massage the throat and neck, as well as just between the shoulders - along the area of the spine, with an equal combination of Mutton Suet, Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor. Do this three to four evenings each week. Also at times place a heavy hot flannel over same.
7. Once or twice a week, or whenever there is tiredness, bathe the feet - of evenings - with coffee made from old coffee grounds. The effect from this is to stimulate a better circulation, and to aid in the activity of the eliminations. Massage the feet and limbs with this solution, and also some of the grounds in same, even to the knees, of evening before retiring. This should be hot, or at least warm enough that it stimulates the circulation. Of course, the activity is to the bursa of the feet and limbs, not only from the heat but from the tannic acid in the OLD coffee grounds. Continue this until there is no more cold, no more

feeling of heaviness in the throat and the disturbances through the head.
8. Now, the diet: Plenty of raw vegetables, as well as whole wheat (crushed wheat, well cooked), and the combination of wheat and barley (as in Maltex). Not so much meats, but when these are taken, let it be fish, fowl or lamb.
9. Do these consistently; we will make for better conditions with this body, [1711].

11. (Q) What should be done for loss of memory? (A) The memory is not lost. There isn't such a thing as loss of memory - there is only the need for making the individual aware of that to be brought to material activity. With the stimulations to the centers between the sensory forces of the body - that is, the sensory nerve system between the shoulders and to the head and the neck - by the massages as we have indicated should be applied, it will aid in making the sympathetic system and the cerebrospinal system better coordinant - or capable of better memory, better ability to recall that desired to remember - and such coordinations will increase the awarenesses through every activity
12. (Q) What should be done for loss of voice? (A) As indicated, the massages, the diet, and especially the rubbing of the feet and limbs in the manner outlined.
13. (Q) For numbness in face, and headaches? (A) All of these conditions are included in those suggestions made - as to those applications, as well as the diets, and the elimination of poisons in system.
14. (Q) Will this take care of the nervousness? (A) See, these applications are for those forces between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve systems. The coordina- tion between these is that disturbed, see?
