1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before. She hasn't dressed yet, you see. Now we find the conditions through this body are on the improve. The mental attitude toward those in the sympathetic forces are gradually showing the effect of the medicinal properties and the exercises for the strengthening of the muscles and tissue through the body. Especially does this show through those of the trunk portion of the body, and the attitude.
2. (Q) Was the medicine prescription for this body properly filled? (A) Alright.
3. (Q) Is it having the desired affect? (A) It is.
4. (Q) Is this body using the proper vibrator? (A) She is.
5. (Q) In the proper way? (A) Needs to be deeper in the manipulation across the lumbar region and across the abdomen to the edge of the groin, as we have given here, you see.
6. (Q) Should this body use the up and down stroke or round or straight across stroke, when using battery? (A) Use the circular motion in all portions except where used on the vertebra direct, or when the segment between are being given the vibration, that of course, according to the position, some lateral, some vertical. All muscular force, circular. All segment or vertebra forces, lateral or vertical according to position or portion treated. Just common sense.
7. (Q) Should battery be used morning as well as evening? (A) Evening.
8. (Q) Should exercises be taken morning and evening? (A) Morning and evening.
9. (Q) How much longer should the medicine be taken? (A) Until the second quantity is nearly gone.
10. (Q) How much longer should the battery be used? (A) Be some time yet, as is necessary for the body. The battery will be used when the body feels the need of these.
11. (Q) Is this body exercising properly in the morning? (A) Very good. The circular motion with the body lying

prone will gradually be increased, you see. Take the bending of the body for the abdominal condition. Bending forward of the body, not too secure [JT's note: Severe?], but to give the strengthening to the muscles for their reaction. More of the motion when the body's feet are high, you see, and circular.
12. (Q) Why do I still get the fullness in my chest? (A) Lack of equalization of the circulation. This will gradually disappear as the circulation will equalize.
13. (Q) Why do I still have flem [phlegm] in the throat? (A) Same cause. Cannot get it all off at once. Have to remove the conditions producing it, you see.
14. (Q) Have the lesions entirely disappeared from this body's spine? (A) Not entirely. They are being broken up.
15. (Q) Is this body improving as rapidly as can be expected? (A) It is, but may be expected to see some good and some bad days. The body is improving correctly. Just keep up what has been done to keep the incentive to the whole body that it will become the strong body that it really is.
16. (Q) Should this body take outdoor exercises? (A) Should. Not of too strenuous nature, but where the body will put into use the muscular forces that show in the contraction of the system to produce that of the forces to supply the oxygen of the system. Not too long walking, not too much jumping, but rather that of exercise as would be found in rolling [rowing?] or in riding for the time being. They must gradually be developed.
17. (Q) What should she ride, Mr. Cayce? (A) Boat.
18. (Q) How much should I rest during the day? (A) Hour to an hour and a half. Not all at once, but between time, see.
19. (Q) Shall this body take a trip? (A) Not a too strenuous one. Trip will be very good, if the body does not overtax the body through its physical forces. Sea voyage would be well, excellent for the body.
20. (Q) Where to and when? (A) Where it chooses, when it chooses.
21. (Q) What suggestions should this body make to aid the treatment? (A) Just as we have given.
22. (Q) What are the best foods for this body? (A) Those as outlined for the body.
23. (Q) Should this body diet? (A) Only as we have given.
24. (Q) What should the weight of this body be?
