1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
2. We find the body is greatly improved in many respects from that when we had it here at first. Also from those conditions from which we had it here at last. The changes throughout the whole system have been to the upbuilding of the whole body. Many of the conditions that have been a hindrance have become improved. The body needs to exert will and physical force, and keep the body fit, using much of the mental, soul and spiritual forces in its own development, and must come to rely upon self in its development.
3. (Q) Is the body exercising properly? (A) The exercises as the body does for itself we find at times are not properly, or uniformly, taken. The effect in the system shows this, you see. Little consistence, and a little more persistence with the exercises, will bring the body to its normal activity in muscular and nerve forces in the trunk portion of body.
4. (Q) Should the body continue using the vibrator, and for what period of time? (A) Use vibrator only when necessary to relax some portion of the body that is giving distress. Keep exercises, however, for the system.
5. (Q) Is the body improving as rapidly as can be expected? (A) As can be expected with the consistency of the individual, and its developing through the conditions as given.
6. (Q) Is the weight of this body normal? (A) Nearly so.
7. (Q) Why does the condition of phlegm in the throat still exist? (A) Not sufficient of the relaxation in the upper dorsals to have the blood supply remove the congestion from the lower portion of bronchials without being thrown off in the form of spittle or phlegm that rises to the mouth.
8. (Q) Is the circulation of blood improved? (A) Very much.
9. (Q) Why is the body so susceptible to colds?

(A) The condition in the lumbar and upper dorsals with the taxation gives easy access, as it were, of congestion to the body. When the mental forces act and control the involuntary forces in system the body will find it may be overcome. Hence the reason of exercise to strengthen the muscle and tissue through the lower portion of body, and through the shoulders and across the diaphragm.
10. (Q) Have the lesions disappeared? (A) Not entirely. Hence keep up the exercise.
11. (Q) Why is this body inclined to be constipated? (A) Same reason as we have given, for the congestion through the dorsal and lumbar region prevent the sufficient of the mucus to be created in the lower intestinal tract to make the normal action of the colon. Hence the exercises to produce irritation sufficient to cause the blood flow to increase this secretion in the system. Govern this also by the diet, and by the quantity of water taken in the system. The body does not drink sufficient water. Also this will be assisted much by the respiratory system. That is, sufficient activity, physically, for the body to force the respiratory glands to function. That is, get up perspiration, sweat for the body. This should be done more. We get perfect elimination then throughout the system. Take the exercises as much in the open as possible, even when with cold exercise in open. With more carbon gives more ozone, which gives more assimilation and elimination in the system, [1713] we are speaking of.
12. (Q) Should any changes be made in the treatment for this body to bring it to its normal condition? (A) No. Be persistent in that as given.
