1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.

2. (Q) Is the exercise taken properly? (A) Some parts of the exercise is taken properly. Some parts are not taken properly. Those of the swinging motion of the body are not taken sufficiently strong to give the exercise to the brachial plexus, as was given. This, we see, with the arms above the head, and the body from the lower portion raised, or elevated, upwards and to the side, and the swinging motion has not been accorded sufficiently to give the correct incentives to the muscles and tissue above the diaphragm. This is taken with the clothing loose or from the body.

3. (Q) Is the violet ray being used properly? (A) Very good. Only should be accorded more to the left side where the lesions in the intestines and in the tissue about the ilium plexus shows more rays would be applied across the lower portion of the lumbar region, and the left side. Also we would give the ray more to the colon in its course across the body, beginning with the ascending on the right side and upward, and across the trace of the colon descending and the left side.

4. (Q) Have the lesions disappeared? (A) Not entirely, else we would not have the pressure on the centers, producing headaches and the pains in the abdominal region.

5. (Q) Should chiropractic treatments be taken to assist these? (A) Rather osteopathic than chiropractic. This we would find would assist in the removal of lesions in tissue and in the plexuses that are exercised by nerve tension. Would also give the correct adjustments in the lumbar and lower dorsal region. Also assist in the equalizing of circulation and removing of congestion that causes too much secretions in the larynx and throat and bronchials.

6. (Q) What exercise should be taken for the shoulders? (A) The assistance as given in the osteopathic and the correct exercises in the swinging of the body of evenings,

as has been given.

7. (Q) What is the cause of the headaches? (A) As given. Centers and plexuses, and the condition in intestinal tract that causes constipation, or the lack of secretions being eliminated, toxins being absorbed in system, producing pressure on nerve centers. This we will find, with the assistance of the osteopathic forces, and of the vibrations and exercises, and diet as outlined, will relieve these conditions. The body is much better than at times that we had it before, though there have been times we had it that has been better than it is at present, you see.

8. (Q) Does the blood still show toxins? (A) Still shows toxins, and will until elimination is correct through the intestinal tract, lesions are removed entirely, and other inflammation is eliminated from the system in centers that receive this strain in nerve system and in tissue through the body.

9. (Q) What causes the back to get so hot? (A) Taxation through nerve sensation. This is only the body adjusting itself. Nothing to be alarmed at.

10. (Q) Is the body carrying out the mental gymnastics? (A) Very much better than it has heretofore. Hence the hot and cold sensations as the nerve system receives at times.

11. (Q) Give condition of throat, larynx and bronchials. (A) An excess of secretions, by the centers in the secondary cardiac plexus being overtaxed. This we will find by the correct application of the osteopathic forces and of the exercise the body will be relieved.

12. (Q) Give condition of bowels and of stomach. (A) These we find still lack that incentive for the correct expurgation from the body of feces in its proper manner. This, with the lesions and inflammation, takes up that secretion that should be accorded the system through the nerve supply and the tissue as is supplied by the system in the intestinal tract. This, then, prevents this form acting in its normal manner. When these conditions have been removed, we will bring the normal condition for this portion of the body.

13. (Q) Is the body out of danger? (A) No body is ever out of danger. This condition in the system from the physical standpoint there is nothing to fear.

14. (Q) How is the blood circulation? Is it better equalized? (A) It is, and it is not. There are portions that are better equalized. There are portions that at present time show the centralization in the inflamated [inflamed?] nerve plexuses, prevents the correct equalization. Remove strain

and we will find we will bring the perfect circulation and equalization of circulation.

15. (Q) What exercise can be taken to reduce hips and lower part of back? (A) There is none that should be taken at the present time. Remove the condition as is producing the lesion, and the body will accord the proper distribution of the forces in system, and supply the correct equalization of all unit building forces in system. As to the structural condition, there are those conditions as added in the system, as given, in times back which would be well for the system. Nothing should be accorded to reduce this condition without the expense of some other portion of the system at present. Do as we have given if we would bring the best. The body physically and mentally is in that condition to receive, and only needs keep in the mental and the subconscious self that constant rebuilding of the system in its proper manner, applying those outside influences that will accord with the mental forces, as given.
