1. LS: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time. You will answer all questions which I will ask you relative to this body.
2. EC: Now, we find the physical conditions in this body greatly improved in many ways from that as we have had here before. While there are still some conditions that are not functioning normal, yet the general condition, the general welfare of the whole physical forces are much improved in the body. Those of the abnormal are the unequalized circulation and the inability of the nerve and muscular system to coordinate with the cycle functioning of the organs proper. Hence the disturbance as is seen in the lower digestive system, in the functioning of the organs of the pelvis, and the conditions in the sensory system. The greater portion of these conditions are produced by retraction in the system, and therefore only necessary that the body be persistent in its movements or actions in exercise, in diet, in those assistances as lended to the functioning system through the persistent use of those exercise, diet and vibration, that the system may become nearer the normal.
3. Then, for the betterment of the condition, carry out, keep carrying on those conditions as have been set for the body. Do that. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) Does the body exercise properly? (A) Nominally, yes. There are times, no, for the indisposition of the body at times gives the urge for lack of exercise to meet the needs of the system. In the general very good.
5. (Q) Have the lesions disappeared? (A) Not entirely. That is, the lack of the coordination of the nerve system, with the muscular system, are after effects or retraction in the system where adhesions or lesions do occur. This, especially, through the digestive or intestinal system. These are disappearing. Necessary then the exercise, the vibration, be kept, that these may disappear entirely.

6. (Q) By what exercise can the capillary circulation be benefited? (A) By exercise that gives the movement in natural form to the extremities of the body.
7. (Q) What causes the peculiar noise in the right ear? (A) The lack of coordination through sensory system, a retraction and no organic or functional condition.
8. (Q) What can the body do to overcome constipation? (A) The persistent exercises for the abdomen, and by taking more of the rough foods. More plain; occasionally oils that do not purge but rather lubricate the system, preferably using Usoline rather than others of the same nature, for this carries the least amount of sediment.
9. (Q) Does the body drink enough water? (A) At times, yes. At others, no. When the system takes as foods those properties that are necessarily of the nature that absorbs secretions, more water should be taken.
10. (Q) For what length of time should the body use the violet ray and vibrator? (A) From five to fifteen minutes.
11. (Q) Why do the menstruation periods come so irregularly? (A) Lack of coordination in the nerve system functioning with the organs of the body. With stress or strain we have suppression. With the normal heat and exercise in system, more regularly. Keep those conditions for the body as has been outlined for same.
12. (Q) Does the body have the right mental attitude? (A) Very good. Better than has been heretofore.
13. (Q) Is the stomach in good condition? (A) Digestion in stomach very good.
14. (Q) Would marriage benefit the body? (A) This has been given that it would, for the exercises, the mental conditions, the relations as pertaining to same would be beneficial to the body, provided the correct relations were kept and the body had those surroundings through same that would give the correct mental attitude toward such relations.
15. (Q) Why does the body find it so hard to breathe at times? (A) The action of circulation through retraction in nerve and muscular reaction on circulation. This a retraction, not a condition that should disturb the body. Rather keeping the exercises that will bring the normal retraction in body.
16. (Q) Is the body becoming strong physically? (A) Very much better in these conditions, for the muscular forces in the body are building up properly. We find the whole general condition improved in system, and the physical resistance in the system much better.
