1. GC: You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before.

3. Now, we find there are many VARYING conditions in the body from that as we have had here before. There is, in the GENERAL way and manner, much improvement in the physical conditions of body, though we find some conditions have become centralized in a way and manner that causes distress to the body at times. This produced, somewhat, by the body taking on some properties, some activities, as have not been GIVEN for the body, and this has proved detrimental, in that it has produced a super-sensitiveness in many of the functioning organs and brought about a state of conditions in system that the blood BUILDING for the body has become to that condition that the plasmatic cells are not fully rounded, or fully supplied with all of those vitims [vitamins] necessary for the proper upbuilding of the body. Hence, we would change the diet CONSIDERABLE, as well as change some of the activities, and we would follow rather closely those conditions as would be outlined for the body at the present time.

4. Now the eyes - we find the change for the glasses will be proper, WITH the constitution builded up somewhat. So it was proper to change glasses and build the constitution accordingly, for the strength as is necessary for the eyes to function normally must be builded, so that we have proper coordination in the system, see?

5. (Q) Why do the words look blurred, and run together when I read with these glasses? (A) Incoordination causes the blurredness as appears at times.

6. (Q) Why do the eyes move so slowly? (A) The same nerve condition as is NECESSARY for the vision to be proper is hindered by this condition existent in the system, see? that is, of not the vitality. Hence the tiredness and weakness that overcomes, or comes to the body

at times.

7. (Q) What is the general condition of the health? (A) As given.

8. (Q) What causes the lips to crack and become dry all the time? (A) Improper circulation. Not equally distributed circulation. Now, to correct these conditions, as we find, or these disturbing elements that are caused in the system, we would return again to that treatment as given by the osteopathic adjustments and massage to assist the CIRCULATION, see? and we would follow this diet rather severely, until we build the system back to a more NORMAL reaction - for we will meet the needs of these conditions by supplying that vitality necessary to build in the system the proper resistance. Let the diet be - for at least four (4) weeks - as this: A fruit of some character, with cereals (with cream) for breakfast, see? A cooked apple, or an orange, or grapefruit, or a cereal of some character or nature, see? In the middle of the day, a salad - principally of tomato and lettuce. These with crackers or salterines (?) [saltines], or any light condition, see? At the dinner or evening meal, meat (beef), prepared WELL, and this with the vegetables that grow BENEATH the ground - nothing above ground eaten in the evening, see? except the meats. Not too much of the meats, but sufficient that the strength may be retained. Before the evening meal is eaten, take at least a half cake of Fleischman's [Fleischmann] Yeast, see? so that the system will be CLEANSED throughout, overcoming the constipation, overcoming those toxins as sap the vitality. As for the salad in the middle of day, this may be alternated by tomatoes, celery, lettuce. Let those be the principal, but green carrots (chopped fine) - and peas may be mixed with these, see? or a little pineapple at the same period, with not TOO MUCH dressing, except salt to the flavor, and a little oil may be used, see? Follow these out closely. We will find these various conditions that have been disturbing elements in the physical force of the body will be set aright. The anaemiatized condition as appears from the improper

circulation, from the tingling sensation that comes at times from the condition in the scalp, from the conditions as appear over various portions of the body, these will be over come by the proper circulation being again accorded the system through the proper diet, and through that of the sufficient massage and adjustments to allow the circulation to flow normally in the body, and the eliminations becoming such as to overcome that tendency of the body to re-absorb poisons in the system, with these adjustments, we will find the strength that will improve the eyesight, and the tendency toward nervousness that has followed the body. Don't be afraid of becoming too fat! Don't be afraid of becoming full in all portions of the system, for the body will be better in its NORMAL way, than to be allowed to try to meet the needs of the physical forces under a suppressed - or by the poisoned conditions as would be created by an abnormal condition in the body. Water - drink water, for this will be necessary with the diet as has been outlined, see?

9. (Q) What exercises should the body take? (A) Those as are normal for the body. With the osteopathic adjustment and manipulations, these will be sufficient exercise under the present diet as is outlined for the body, and the exercises as of normal. Plenty of outdoor - for this is best for body. Walking, or riding, or any exercise that keeps the body OUTSIDE as much as possible.

10. (Q) Would it be advisable to take a tonic called Overferin? (A) The tonic we have given is in that of the DIET. Take that!

11. (Q) Is the mental attitude good? (A) Very good. Follow this close, as we have given.

12. (Q) In regard to marriage, why is it so hard for me to make up my mind? (A) This the state of the mind, and by not meeting the body as is necessary for the better conditions of the body, in the way and manner as has been builded by the body. These will come about in their proper way and manner, if followed in the way as has been given.

13. We are through for the present.
