1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find the general physical conditions in many respects show improvements throughout. While there are some conditions that at times cause some inconveniences and distress, with the using of the applicator in the manner as has been given, and the continuation of the manipulations occasionally, with the exercise not OVER done, we will find there will continue to be improvements with the general physical forces of the body. Too, those added conditions and relations as have been given and outlined for the body will bring in every sense to the nervous system, to the general physical reaction from same, the bettered conditions for the body.
2. There needs, then, be kept near those same suggestions as have been given for the full reaction to near normal forces for the body. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Is the Radium Pad which was suggested in the last reading proving beneficial? (A) Proving beneficial, especially in the manner in which the activities of same is concerning the blood supply and its reactions to the system. Building through that vibration as is set up by same. Use the applicator in the manner as has been outlined. Wear same next to the BODY, and across the solar plexus - that is, across the 9th and 10th dorsal, see? In the occasional conditions, as given, well that same (when the body rests) be laid across the eyes for a few minutes. Not more than ten to fifteen minutes at a time. The body should rest a while each day until there is sufficient of the strength maintained, especially that ability to stand longer on the feet. This condition has been described, as to the cause of same. The lesions and adhesions are APPARENT, but are gradually disappearing as the exercises and vibrations as set in system are continuing to add to the resistive forces within the physical functioning of the body.
4. (Q) Is the osteopath giving me the proper treatments?

(A) These are very good. There should be some changes rather in the strength, or in the deepness with which every second treatment is given, especially through the lumbar and sacral regions, as WELL as that with the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus radius in the neck and shoulders. Make deeper manipulations every SECOND treatment.
5. (Q) Am I taking the proper exercises? (A) As given, these are very good. Keep them up.
6. (Q) Does my system have better coordination? (A) Much better, as is indicated by the corrections as are gradually being made from adhesions and lesions throughout the system.
7. (Q) Why is it that I eat a great deal but do not gain weight? (A) Do not worry over the gaining of weight at present. Rather find that that taken in properly assimilated. When this is being carried on nominally, the body will be able to gain or reduce as the body so desires, and as the body diets for same. Much of this will be added to and through the change in relationships for the body.
8. (Q) What foods should I eat that contain iodine? (A) Sea foods especially.
9. (Q) Does my body still reabsorb the poisons? (A) As has been given, this is gradually being gotten away from. Keep up that as has been outlined, so that the resistance in the blood supply and in the system throughout will respond and throw off through the nominal channels the poisons or the USED forces within the system.
10. (Q) Should I eat yeast for my system? (A) We do not find it so. This very good in some conditions. That as has been outlined for the body, for the digestive system and for the cleansing of same, will bring nearer normal forces than would be through yeast.
11. (Q) What should I do to raise my blood pressure? (A) Keep up the use of the Radium Appliance, and of the manipulations and of the exercises.
12. (Q) Is my blood in a healthy condition? (A) Much better than we have had before.
13. (Q) What can I do to overcome headaches which come in the morning? (A) Most of these, as seen, arise from those conditions as have been described for the body, as respecting the response of the nervous system to those conditions as exist in the general physical forces of the body. With that changing of conditions, with the continuation of those forces as have been given, we will find these will gradually disappear. Well that the body keep the system in that condition wherein there is the general cleansing of the alimentary canal soon

of mornings, and we will find most of this condition will disappear. By the general physical forces being applied as has been given, this should gradually come about, and the body should MAKE system so responsive as for this to occur.
14. (Q) Would codliver oil help to build up my system? (A) Codliver oil is very good. Not necessary, with the system responding as HAS been in the past - since the last information was given, for this would add TO the body too much of the fats for assimilation properly. Olive oil, if the body so desires, would be BETTER than codliver oil. Take sufficient of same to fill the system, just so that it is not rancid in the digestive system; that is, begin with small quantities, and be very well for the body - to begin with - to take just a tiny pinch of salt with same, and gradually increase the dose of oil; that is, beginning with - we'll say - half a teaspoonful. In five or six days increase it to teaspoonful. In ten to fifteen days increase to teaspoonful and a half, see?
15. (Q) Are my kidneys in good condition? (A) Very good. Better than they would be by the use of the things as has been suggested. Rather these are taken under consideration when we are giving those forces as will apply to building up of general system; without the excess forces being thrown on any one of the eliminating forces of system.
16. (Q) Why does my back hurt me, especially when I stand? (A) This has been given, and - as seen - as the retraction throughout the lower portion of body takes place, these show forth in the activities, as is produced by pressures in this region. That is, with the lesions, adhesions, being broken up - reaction, or the act of the nerve system re-adjusting itself, brings weakness if the body stands too long. Walking not as tiresome as standing.
17. (Q) Has my circulation improved? (A) Improving, yes.
18. (Q) What foods should I avoid? (A) This has been given. We won't change them from that last outline for the body.
19. (Q) Is my stomach and bowels functioning better? (A) Functioning some better, yet we will find by the use of the oil a greater improvement in same.
20. (Q) Should I eat cabbage and carrots? (A) Carrots. NOT the raw cabbage. Cabbage as prepared WITHOUT too much grease is well; for it carries a great deal of iron and silicon, as well as traces of active forces in system that are good, so long as they digest well with the body.
21. (Q) What causes that dull ache above the eye?

(A) Strain in the plexus as is given that deeper manipulation should be given between the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus as connect direct with the brain, about the shoulders and neck, see?
22. (Q) Should I eat meat and eggs? (A) Little meat. Eggs may be taken, provided they are not too hard not yet too soft when prepared. Or better still, take them entirely raw, with milk or stimulants that would make or cause same to assimilate with system.
23. (Q) Why is there such a weakness when I talk? (A) Still that same reaction or retraction as seen through the action of the hypogastric and pneumogastric to the upper portion of system. A reflex condition from that existent in the lumbar and sacral region.
24. (Q) Am I improving? (A) Improving, as given.
25. (Q) Are there any suggestions? (A) Those as given. Do that. We are through for the present.
