1. EC: We have the body here, [1735]. Now, in the physical forces of this body, rather should there be warnings as respecting the developing body, than corrections for disorders as affect the physical body at the present time. These would have to do with the activities as go with the development of the structural conditions of the body, and the effect that the disorder created by unbalanced in the system those conditions as will, or do, relate to the physical functioning of the body; for the body PHYSICAL very good in its developments.
2. These, then, be conditions as we find them at this time with this body, [1735] we are speaking of:
3. THE BLOOD SUPPLY in its functioning calls for the best developments through the conditions as exist in the structural portion, or the bone itself, and in the elements, with the test of same (and this will be a very good demonstration of that as may be given through these sources, for anyone wishing or desiring to test same), a deficiency in the amount of calcium necessary in a developing body of this age and this development. In the effects from same, or the warnings, that in the food and in the exercises, precautions should be made that these conditions be nearer balanced in the system. In the depletion of this character of condition, there is the natural result of the serums, or the effulva [effluvia?] of the blood itself becomes weakened, and soft tissue in all of the portions of body suffer from same; as in tonsil, throat, nasal cavities, and the structural portion of head, of feet, of limbs, of torso proper - become too light, or an over ABUNDANCE of the condition exists, and cold coming from same is apt, and does cause congestion easily, and leaves the condition wherein, drosses not being eliminated properly, infectious forces are liable from same; for in a developing body, especially, do we find these conditions existent. While this the NATURAL

routine of any living organism, the condition through certain STAGES of development of the human body undergoes special strain, as even this body does under or during such periods.
4. In the use of the FUNCTIONING of the organs, ENERGY is used - and, as expressed, this energy must find an expression in its activity. With the activity, the drosses, or the ash, if you choose, of that force EXPENDED, MUST be eliminated. Where there is an excess of same produced, through the incompatibility of the secretions in the system through the glands of the body, through the development of sexual forces in system, through the activities of the emunctories OF the system, these - especially, then - need, through such stages, an abundance of the calcium in the soluble forms as may be assimilated in the system, to supply to all OF the system sufficient of the fluids in system to clarify and cleanse same.
5. Then, in the NERVE forces of this body:
6. These, as would be indicated, need the necessary quantities of these forces in system that unnecessary strain does not result from the activity of the fluids in brain and nerve tissue itself; for in the developments these become a portion of the system, through the activity in the white and the gray matter of the nerve centers of the cerebrospinal cord, of all of the centers as radiate from each ganglia, each plexus, in the system. With insufficient of those properties as to keep the normal balance, DISTRESS must necessarily come, and accentuations through some one center or another. Keeping a body, in its development, especially through that period as of the changes in the physical body, is the MOST important period of a body's development.
7. The functioning ORGANS themselves, are very good.
8. Brain forces good. The discernment of the brain forces extraordinary, and the body one that takes in much at a glance, through the activity of the sympathetic - and is good in this direction.
9. Lung, throat, bronchials, larynx - only that condition as would be indicated from lack of the sufficient serums, or the condition as produces for the WATER, or the throwing off of the refuses in system.
10. Digestive system and heart's action near normal, as is the liver, spleen, pancreas, and hepatic circulation.
11. Organs of digestion in lower portion of the system near normal, as is also the functioning of the ductless glands of the system. Also those of the kidneys and the organs of the pelvis.
12. In meeting, then, that warning:

13. In the food values, or in the foods for the system, there should be due consideration given of the extra quantity of foods and food values carrying calcium and iodine. These should be ESPECIALLY shown at this time, that the body keeps the normal balance through this period. Also that the ACTIVITIES of the body, in the sunshine, in nature itself, are such that the respiratory system is kept near the normal; so that the coordination in eliminations are kept with the normal balance between that of the emunctories and the hepatic circulation; so that those of the whole body keep an even keel or balance. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) What should the body do for his deafness? (A) That is in keeping with those conditions as given, as respecting keeping the nominal or normal ELIMINATIONS in the system. These are the effects of the unbalanced forces in the auditory centers, and not sufficient circulation is kept there. Increase the circulation through that activity as NECESSARY for the auditory forces. This may be done in normal exercise, rather than picking at the organ of hearing itself.
15. (Q) What is the best thing to do for his fallen arches? (A) Treat 'em osteopathically! Five treatments would correct the condition!
16. (Q) What should the body do to improve his diction? (A) THIS the natural development of conditions where there is impediments in the auditory or the SENSORY system, and in the activities and in the quietness of self may the body train or ATTUNE self, so that this may be brought to that condition as is desired by the body.
17. (Q) What is the cause, and what can body do for heavy breath? (A) This the activity that is given, that the action of the body in exercise in the sunshine may EXPAND in and through the respiratory system, as to CLEANSE the system through the activity of the extra amount of oxygen and ozone in and through the system. This will aid, this will correct the condition. The OTHERS, however, in the amount of calcium and iodine SHOULD be increased, that the BLOOD supply throughout all centers where disturbances or hindrances are now shown, in a greater or lesser degree - for WITHOUT this, the developments may NOT be normal. These had best be developed THROUGH the normal channels and manners, than to force issues in any center. This understood? Here, as this: For a developing body, these had best be a normal DEVELOPMENT - than making the body, as it were, one-sided, and being in the condition of pitying self for an abnormality which NEED not, DOES not, exist! if normal opportunities are given for the body's development!

18. (Q) If this diet is followed, will that improve the hearing? (A) The diet AND the exercise!
19. (Q) Any specific exercise? (A) Exercises much in the open, in the sunshine, as is possible, and ESPECIALLY that of the UPPER portion of the body. The head and neck exercise would be well. This as the specific.
20. (Q) Any treatment by an ear specialist that will improve this? (A) As has been given, this had best be a normal development - than picking at it from the organ itself! Best to let the ear specialist ALONE, IF the exercise and diet WILL be followed! If not, then proceed as desired. WE have given the best! We are through for the present.
