1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1736] - this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are some accentuations of the disorders that we have had before. The conditions that are apparent in the present are more from acidity of the forces in the digestive system, with lacerations that have occurred from those tendencies for these accumulations to produce such irritations; so that there is little of a normal gastric flow in the stomach proper, or in the digestive system, or forces in duodenum and jejunum. The pressure that is produced there causes the disturbance with the circulation, and is the cause of the heart's action, and also the torpidity of the liver, which gives those conditions to the body as of an unbalancing, tendency to fall, and to make for the dizziness and turning of the body, as it were; especially so when the body rises quickly, or even when moving along normally the condition appears as a strain to the back portion of the head, with an overflow of the blood to the upper portion of the body.

3. Then, these conditions are effects that are seen, rather than causes; for these disorders that come in the movements of the body.

4. Also, with the attempt of the system to adjust itself to these conditions, there is the tendency for the glands to produce too great an amount of the fluids through the capillary circulation, and those conditions that appear as disturbance from kidney and from those reactions in the hepatic circulation. These are the results, rather than causes.

5. Those disturbances that we find in the hepatic circulation, or especially the lower hepatic circulation, are from the attempt of the kidneys to throw off drosses that should be eliminated through their regular channels.

6. In meeting the needs of the conditions at this time, we

would be more mindful of the diet; that is, keep more on a diet that is not so acid forming.

7. We would begin with the Castor Oil packs over the lower portion of stomach and the liver area. Have these of sufficient size that they may cover the lower end of stomach and the liver area. These we would apply of evenings, as the body is ready to retire, and change at least once during the evening. Have them as warm as the body can well stand, letting them remain on the body until they are entirely cool. They should be placed directly on the skin. While such makes for rather unpleasant conditions, the body may be cleansed very thoroughly with a weak solution of tepid soda water. These should be kept up for at least four or five days, and then gradually diminish; that is, give them then every other day until four or five treatments have been given, that we may give the whole of the duodenum, the pancreas, the spleen, the liver, the stomach, the opportunity to respond to the activities of these properties that will make for a cleansing of the system.

8. Then we would begin, when there is the reduction of the periods of Castor Oil packs, with small quantities of olive oil, that there may be the feeding of the intestinal system to produce proper peristaltic movement through the system. Take a teaspoonful three or four times each day.

9. Each evening just before retiring, when the olive oil is begun, take a tablespoonful of Milk of Bismuth, with five to six drops of Lactated Pepsin in same.

10. Occasionally we would massage all of the cerebrospinal system, especially that area over kidneys, with equal parts of olive oil, tincture of myrrh, and turp - turpentine, see? Heat the oil, add the myrrh and the turp. This would only take a small quantity, using only that which is mixed at one time - or about a tablespoonful of each, see? Massage this into the spine.

11. As to the matter of the diet, we would keep near this outline:

12. Mornings - fresh fruits or citrous fruits, or the stewed fruits; especially figs, rhubarb, and the like. Do not use the citrous fruits and stewed fruits at the same meal. Rice cakes, dry brown toast, and a little tea or coffee.

13. Noons - juices or broths of meats, with buckwheat flour or barley water, or barley cooked thoroughly and the water used in the broths, that may be made with browned bread or whole wheat wafer or cracker.

14. Evenings - vegetable soups, and a little meat; only beef, mutton or fowl. Wild game is especially good, but no fried meats or vegetables of any kind.

15. The massaging should be thoroughly over the kidney area and all of the whole cerebrospinal system.

16. Do that. Only apply sufficient that will be absorbed by the body.

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) What is the condition of eyes and teeth? (A) The teeth need local attention, and will be found to be very much aided by the use of Ipsab, or those properties that will reduce the acidity in the glands of the mouth. The eyes are more of the reflex condition than of other irritation. As the corrections are made in the general condition, and as the massage is kept in the whole cerebrospinal system, these conditions would improve considerably.

19. (Q) Are the bags under my eyes due to my physical condition? (A) These are due to the physical condition, and as the condition is relieved, especially the strain on the kidneys, these will be aided.

20. (Q) What can I do for my falling out hair? (A) We would use the crude oils, cleansing with a twenty percent (20%) solution of grain alcohol, after massaging white Vaseline into the scalp.
