1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1738]. Now, in the disturbance of the physical forces of this body, we find rather those conditions at present of which the body-physical should take warning, rather than diseased body; for tendencies are evident, as we find them, and precautions and corrections and regulations made would PREVENT further disorders and distresses later on.

2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1738] we are speaking of:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY we find a disturbance through the lack of the proper assimilation or a balancing in same, and the katabolism disturbed rather than the metabolism. This producing that form of anemia that, unless warnings - or guarded against - might produce not only a distressed condition, but with a developing virile body become LOCALIZED or segregated in such a manner as to give distress either in a functioning organ or of an attack in a weakened condition in the nervous system, as to produce a nervousness as would be hard to combat with. The disturbance, then, being in the region of the glands as have to do with the assimilating and division OF the blood stream itself, or the glands in the right portion of system, known as the glands of assimilation. The effect as created by such as respecting the nervous system affect, through the activity of the crossing between the hypogastric and pneumogastric, the activity in the nerves of the sensory organism, or produced by a form of lesion in the 3rd and 4th dorsal, affect the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal in this region, and causes to the organs of the sensory system that disorder as is experienced at times in vision; also throat, larynx and tonsil region, and the irritation to the lymph circulation in the head. These, then, taken in time, would relieve the body and cause the normal reaction - for they are only, as WE find at present, TENDENCIES, and are seen sympathetically in the digestive system, and especially in the nerve system.

4. In MEETING them, we would find that with some adjustments

AND manipulations, osteopathically given, for at least ten to twenty treatments, and then outdoor and the rather "roughing it" exercises in the open, would CLARIFY these conditions, rather than making for those of the shut-in, or too much of physical retirement. THESE would be the most BENEFICIAL for the body; changing the diet so that there are more of the vitamins as will be found in more of a citrous fruit diet, that will change the vibratory forces of the whole system. We would do that.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Should the diet for the time be only the citrous fruits? (A) This the principal portion of same, for fifteen to eighteen days - but QUANTITIES of that. Beginning with oranges - five to six the first day. The next day there may be taken a whole dozen. Then it may be changed to grapefruit, then lemons AND grapefruit - then oranges and grapefruit, see?

7. We are through for the present.
