Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1739] - this we have had before. Very good are the conditions in the physical forces of the body. There should be those clarifications in the blood supply. See that with the food values, or with those properties taken, there is a clarification of the blood stream - especially as related to the capillary circulation. Quantities of the sassafras bark, or tea - or as medicinal properties - or sulphur and soda or cream of tartar - THESE will clarify the better. Keep the physical forces and mental forces active and well balanced. Keep the manipulations as will keep a normal balance, but not over-active as to same as to OVERDO the conditions for the physical forces. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) How long should body remain at Cayce Hospital? (A) That should depend more upon the body, than upon what would be given. As long as it is felt that it's needed!

3. (Q) Where is the best place for the body to live permanently after treatment has been given? (A) Where he chooses! That that will make the most pleasant surroundings, that will make for the activities as is determined by the body within itself as that it should endeavor TO carry on!

4. (Q) In what endeavor should the body spend his efforts which will be best suited for the body when he is back to normal? (A) Let's get back to normal first!

5. (Q) How can body become thoroughly self-reliant? (A) Become reliant upon self and that which you would try to make self! As the body would do to others, do so to them - self, see?

6. (Q) Should the body be guided by suggestions made by relatives and friends? or follow his own ideas in spite of everything? (A) If that towards ideas are in keeping with the IDEALS, follow those. Have IDEALS, not IDEAS! Ideas may be as thoughts, made criminal or miracles. Be sure the IDEAL is

proper. Follow that irrespective of outside influence. Know self is right, and then go straight ahead. So live each and every day that you may look any man in the face and tell him to go to hell!

7. (Q) Is the body now ready to leave hospital? (A) If it had been, we wouldn't have given that the treatments should be carried on for the time being!

8. That is all the questions.

9. We are through with this reading.
