Time of Reading 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1742]. Now, we find, while the general physical forces of the body are very good in many respects, there are conditions that taken in the present situation may make for a better reaction in the physical functioning of the body, and also prevent distresses as might and WOULD arise in one form or another in the physical organisms.
2. In the forces then, as we find, as need those attentions that would make for the better physical conditions, and the conditions physical as exist in the body:
3. In the BLOOD SUPPLY, then - these we find react very good through the most of the system. There are hindrances as exist in the upper portion of same, from a lateral lesion in the upper dorsal and cervical area, that prevents the normal elimination of used forces, especially to the head and to the ear proper, in the right side of head; the lateral pressure, then, being in the LEFT portion, in the 5th and 4th cervical, in the 3rd and 4th dorsal area. With the removing of this pressure there will be the relief from that heaviness, or tendency towards stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and ESPECIALLY the relieving of that heaviness or tenderness as exists in that portion above the ear - in the head. There will also be the change in the CIRCULATION to the head.
4. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find, as is indicated, that of the pressure in the cerebrospinal system, in the dorsal and cervical area, as indicated. These have more to do with the cerebrospinal centers than with the sympathetic, though at times these act - that is, the pressures - upon the GENERAL nervous system - in the manner of producing that as may be called lapse, not of memory, but of the ability to THINK as quickly as is desired by the activities of too MANY conditions and circumstances crowding themselves into the mental images for the body.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES:
1742-3 Page 2
6. In brain forces, these are good; the discernment, the differentiations are well in their responses in the activities of the body.
7. In the sensory organisms, only sympathetically do we find reactions, as indicated, to portions of the head, the neck, the eye, and to THAT portion as REFLECTS itself in the sympathetic or capillary circulation.
8. Throat, bronchi, lung, larynx - all show for a NORMAL reaction in the system; though, with hindrances in the nerve distribution for eliminations, we have in the throat AND bronchi at times a tendency for harshness, or rasping of the FUNCTIONING of the sympathetic system, produced by the reaction as is acting upon the sympathetic nervous system through the pressures in cerebro-SPINAL centers as indicated. Lungs normal.
9. Activities in the digestive system near normal, though these may be altered in a manner as to PREVENT those increases in the avoirdupois of the body. This will also aid more in the circulation in the heart's action, provided same in not DONE at the expense of some portion of the system that may keep a nearer equal balance for all of the elements of the body - as to salts and to metals in the system.
10. Liver, spleen, and the upper digestive system - these function near normal, unless there is an EXCESS of either sugar or those of fats that do not coordinate with the lacteals in their digestion.
11. In the general system, then, as we find, those forces needed for CORRECTIONS in the physical are those in the dorsal and the cervical, especially. These we would remove by the manipulations, and by the activities as may be had through the RESPIRATORY system; for, as these act upon the respiratory system, through the activities of the vibrations as may be carried in the lymph circulation, this will make for a more active mental and physical being.
12. As to the diet, for the activities of the system as related to the weight, it would be well that at least twice each month there be the taking of the citrous fruit diet for two to three day periods, and refrain from those elements where too much sugar or too great an unbalanced starch diet would add to the activities of an assimilating system. Keep rather that as makes for the ELIMINATIONS in excess. Then let the activities, physical AND mental, be in accord with keeping that of an even tone and balance in body, and we will keep near a normal activity. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) How often should the manipulations be given? (A) In the beginning, until there is the REMOVAL of the
1742-3 Page 3
pressures in the dorsal and cervical, we would take these every other day, until eight or ten treatments and adjustments are taken. Then we would have a rest period of a week to ten days, to two weeks. THEN these may be taken again for a shorter period, but farther apart - once or twice each week for six to ten treatments. Then ANOTHER rest period. These will work better than with a continued application; for the body is able within itself to see those activities taking place, will there be given or known that which is being DESIRED to be ACCOMPLISHED in the body - see? Get that! THAT'S the differentiation - able to be seen and known by the body-functioning and body-activities itself!
14. (Q) What is meant regarding the respiratory system - any treatment for same? (A) Those of the lymph pump over the respiratory actions of body.
15. (Q) Could Dr. Crews give these treatments satisfactorily? (A) Dr. Crews [Gena Lowndes Crews, D.O.] may give these treatments satisfactorily, ESPECIALLY so - as that's the only one of the respiratory or lymph pumps anywhere near!
16. (Q) Would it be good to take a buttermilk and fruit diet once a week? (A) As we would find, the PREFERABLE manner would be at least two or three times each month, for three to four days - See, that makes it every other week have the citrous fruit diet. The buttermilk, prepared properly, is well to keep at all times, as it is to keep away from those things as the body KNOWS makes for heaviness or fats, or that of avoirdupois PRODUCING in the system; but keep an even BALANCED diet, plenty of iron, plenty of silicon, plenty of those forces as are active with the functioning of the glands of the system - as those that are not fat producing, that carry those of the gland elements - as in sea foods, as in lamb, as in spinach, or those of such natures - see? Whole wheat - ROUGH foods, rather than those that may be called delicacies - see?
17. (Q) What is hurting me in my right ear, especially when I press it above the lobe? (A) The pressure as indicated in the upper dorsal and cervical area, where a LATERAL lesion - see - has formed, or makes for a lack of eliminations in these centers. Hence the pain indicated, that a WARNING is being given the body. Then correct it!
18. That is all the questions.
