Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the conditions and the body, [1750].

3. As we find, we have a general depletion of the vitalities of the system through the general breaking up, as well as the specific disturbances that affect the activities of the locomotory forces of the body as related to the assimilation and elimination.

4. These as we find are from a general deionizing. Thus the affected portions become those from which all of the assimilated forces, rather than building back for general application or use in the body, become rather inclined to be localized.

5. Thus there is produced a heaviness that is not in keeping with the better influences for the body.

6. Hence the circulatory system is affected - the locomotion, the activity of the glandular system, the upper and lower hepatic circulation; and there is the inclination for segregation of such in the system in the form of lymph accumulations.

7. As we find, with these pressures upon the nerve centers, we have a reaction that becomes a lacking in the amount of necessary influences and forces to keep the proper eliminations.

8. Thus, through the acidity of the system, there is produced rather an arthritic reaction to the extremities and the centers from which they receive their impulse.

9. As these are the basic forces, and yet as indicated a general reaction is necessary - there would be required the preparing of the body as it were for the activities necessary to eliminate the disturbances from the system.

10. And as we find these would be better through the absorption and elimination. Hence as we find, first:

11. We would begin with the use of rubs that would be given with a compound prepared in his manner:

12. To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil as the base, add - IN THE ORDER NAMED: Oil of Cedar Wood................1 ounce, Oil of Peanuts...................1 ounce, Oil of Mustard.................1/4 ounce.

13. These ingredients should be shaken well together each time before the solution is used; which would be each evening before retiring. Massage same thoroughly, but gently, into the system; along those areas of the lumbar axis, over the lumbar plexus, and those portions of the limbs where there are the disturbances; as well as the axis between the shoulder blades.

14. Use the applications of the low electrical vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance that will carry Gold into the system, in the proportion of one grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water. The attachments would be made in this manner:

15. The small plate, the copper plate, would be attached to the 9th dorsal; while the larger plate, through which the Chloride of Gold Solution would pass vibratorially, would be attached to the umbilicus and lacteal duct plexus.

16. Keep these attachments on the body for thirty minutes each evening. Change the Gold Solution every fifteen days. Change the recharging solution for the Appliance every thirty days.

17. When this has been used for two full periods or re-charging the Appliance, then we would give the further instructions.

18. In the matter of the diet, keep away from fatty foods; but have plenty of whole wheat crushed, AND citrus fruit juices - but not upon the same days. Alternate these, using the crushed wheat cereal one day, the citrus fruit the next day. Have fish, fowl or lamb - but nothing fried.

19. These would be the GENERAL applications. But after these have been taken for two periods, then we would give further instructions.

20. Ready for questions.

21. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (11/17/38 GD's note: See specific information [which was enclosed] as to type of Appliance suggested, and where

obtained. Also see separate sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for preparing the oils for the rubs. Let us know when the Appliance has been used as suggested for two periods of charging - that is, two months; so we may make appointment for a Check Reading to give further instructions.) ns.)
