Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Penna.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, there needs to be some GENTLE relaxation given the body osteopathically; so that the activities THROUGHOUT the functioning of the system may not become static.

4. These as we find should be of a more GENERAL nature, including not only the stimulation along the cerebrospinal system but also stimulation of the muscular forces and ganglia that control the limbs and the activities through the upper and lower locomotory areas.

5. A little diathermy afterwards would be helpful, but it should not be stronger or more violent than to stimulate the deeper circulation to activity with the superficial. This done once a week would be most beneficial. The application of this should be that which is general for the body - the upper dorsal and the liver or lacteal duct area; but very low, not much more than heating the body.

6. Keep plenty of the bathing, swimming in pools - or the attempt for same; not in too cold a water, to be sure, but such exercise would be most helpful for the body.

7. In the diet we would keep especially those foods easily assimilated - keeping a well balanced diet. Do not mix cereals AND citrus fruit juices on the same day. Do not use milk or cream in the coffee or tea, when taken.

8. Have plenty of raw vegetables with the meals, or one meal each day should consist principally of such.

9. And these, as we find, would keep this body in a much better reacting condition; and prevent any recurrence of those segregations or activities in the lymph accumulations of an abnormal nature through the system.

10. Ready for questions.
