Born February 22, 1878, in Pitt County, North Carolina. Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '38 - yes, changes - '33 - changing of attitudes - '30 - '16 - change - " etc., on back to birth date.)

3. Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now known as or called [1757].

4. The seal for this entity would be most interesting, - with the formation of the pine burr and the growth from same. This should be the cover for a writing of the entity.

5. In giving the interpretation of the records as we find them here for this entity - though there might be other interpretations, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this information may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better fulfillthe purposes for which it entered this experience.

6. As we find, there are influences innate and manifested. From material aspects, much of the entity's experience has had to do with conflicts - as between groups or nations. This indicates Mars as an aspect, yet as having been applied in the present as a quieting, rather than an influence for antagonism. This is unusual. Thus the budding of the pine cone.

7. In astrological aspects, then, we find Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn; these as aspects of the entity's sojourn or passing through.

8. Thus Mars, and Mercury the entity has applied in the

1757-2 Page 2

material, mental and spiritual forces in the present experience.

9. The aspects as related to Jupiter indicate the universal activities of the entity, as they have been and should be, in relationship to masses of peoples; that is, while the application of the entity's tenets or abilities would be personal, they would still be of a universal or group or mass nature.

10. This indicates, then, the character of the entity's abilities as a keeper of records, a keeper of data, or a keeper of activities in which the basic principles are for protective influences; yet the tenets are applied through the entity's abilities in relation to a philosophy, or a manner of living.

11. These should be a part of the entity's experience, and would find expression, acceptation and activity among many peoples.

12. In Saturn we find the sudden changes that have been in the experience of the entity, not only from the material but from the mental and spiritual aspects also. This, too, is unusual. For, the entity has used the varied influences as stepping-stones the more oft, and not as stumbling-stones - as most Saturn and Mars individuals do.

13. As to the sojourns in the earth and their influences from the forces manifested through the mental, as well as the latent urges in the characteristics of the individual entity - or the personality manifested in the present:

14. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during the early settlings of the land, when there were those activities in which the first settlers were lost because of the delaying of influences to bring about the help needed.

15. The journeying towards the interior and in a southernmost direction was in part led by the entity - then in the name Donald Page.

16. While there were material hardships, the intents and purposes that have been latent and manifested in the present experience were builded through those trials. For, the soul of man manifested in materiality is as spoken of Him, - "Though He were the Son, yet learned He obedience through the things which He suffered."

17. Hence the entity in that experience learned patience through the things which he suffered. While it brought material and mental distresses, the purposes and desires for protective forces and activities in which the thought of man might be turned to the closer relationship to spiritual aspects, have been latent and manifested in the present

experience from that sojourn.

18. Also from that period we find there has come in the early experience of the present the dreams of the entity, the associations with travel, the camping, the knowledge of nature, and of Indians, the activities in the various spheres in relationship to nature, to birds, to animals, to those things having to do with nature or the outdoors. These have been a study, a contemplated activity of the entity in this experience.

19. Before that the entity was in the promised land, during the periods when it was overridden by the Romans - at the time when the Master walked in the earth.

20. The entity was among the soldiery stationed in portions of the land, and especially in the household of Cornelius; one that knew of, had acquaintance with, had knowledge of the teachings of the Apostle Peter; though the entity itself had been acquainted with the activities of the Master Himself. A part of the entity's experience was in bringing these activities to the awareness of Cornelius, for a greater interpreting of the tenets and principles and teachings through that period.

21. Hence in the activities of the present sojourn, that as may be sought of interest and help might be through the associations or connections with that entity Cornelius in the present - whether it be political activities or those having to do with the acquaintanceships in varied forms of activities in the land.

22. The name then was Pharsen. The entity gained through the greater portion, though there were sorrows that brought about the determining factors in relationships to the teachings. For the duties as a soldier and as pertaining to the heart, and as related to the spiritual things, EVENTUALLY brought a unison of purpose with the determining factors - by the changes wrought in the activities in Antioch.

23. Before that the entity was in the Persian and Arabian land, during those periods when there were the establishings of activities in the "city in the hills and the plains."

24. The entity then was among the leaders with the Persian forces; but coming in association and contact with the leader Uhjltd the entity joined with that activity. Hence the entity became one who kept the records of the varied groups, as there was the establishing of the city in the hills as a commercial center. Yet there were the attempts of the entity to keep the activities of the passerby upon the basis of spiritual as well as material, and with the material activities prompted by the spiritual force of

1757-2 Page 4

brotherly love and brotherly charity one to another.

25. Then the name was Arbdenel.

26. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there were those turmoils and trials through the period of the rebellions and the banishment of the Priest.

27. There the entity was set as a guard, or as a protector for and against the Priest as he was sent into banishment. In the close associations through the period of banishment the entity became very closely affiliated, very closely associated with the activities of the Priest.

28. And with the return, the entity began the keeping of the records; not only writing the history of the period of banishment but writing for other groups that were a part of the experience of that era and age; as to how the unifying of purpose in the spiritual forces could and would be made applicable to all forms of human endeavor through the period.

29. The name then was Ab-El-Aar.

30. As to the abilities of the entity in the present:

31. First, too much may not be said as respecting how the entity, though high tempered, has controlled himself. Too much may not be said as respecting how the entity has used circumstance that would be an adversity to others as a means of better comprehending, and of application to those things for greater experience of patience.

32. Know, as He gave, "In patience become ye aware of your souls."

33. The abilities, then, are in any form in which there is the keeping of records, or of protection for individuals in divers ways or manners - whether pertaining to the home, to the state or to the nation. These may all be a part of the entity's experience.

34. The ability as the scribe or the writer is indicated in the present activities of the entity, also the fear of those things that have hindered many hinders the entity from carrying on.

35. Know the way ye choose to go. Know the author of thy ideal. Keep in that way. Then go ahead.

36. Let that light, that hope which has prompted thee oft in thy dealings with others be in the forefront of thy activities, in thy choice of associations, in thy choice of activities in the material plane; and ye will come to that closer walk with Him.

37. Ready for questions.

38. (Q) In manuscript, I have endeavored to outline a plan for operating as a brotherhood, for the purpose of demonstrating the authority of the Divine laws as they work

1757-2 Page 5

for man's good, when complied with, by practising the principles of brotherhood. Is the plan, as far as it has been described, in consistence with the law? (A) As has been indicated, this has been an experience of the entity - as it has applied same in relationships to its fellow man; in the experience before this, in the journey from Rome and in the Palestine land; and is in keeping with those tenets, those principles of the Law of One - or brotherhood of man, Fatherhood of God. Keep to those things, and ye will bring into the consciousness of others that as brings the closer walk with Him.

39. (Q) Can it be made useful as a channel through which the Great Hierarchy may bring good to the world? (A) It may.

40. (Q) Would it be necessary to obtain a charter for operating as described above? (A) Be necessary for obtaining a charter, under not only the local beneficiary but in the ecclesiastical law also. Keep in that way as has been indicated. In the setting up of the activities as an order, as a center, choose to consult again with Cornelius [1151].

41. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one to be sent to Mr. [1151] ..., N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file (Copy of Egyptian History and Uhjltd sent under separate cover; also copy of Mr. Harrison's [Milton W. Harrison's] speech to railroad men on Brotherhood. [See 1757-2, Par. R1.]) 1.])
