Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. Now as we find, there is rather a complication of disturbances. And these have reached those proportions where at times the disturbances have become localized, working one against another; thus showing an incoordinating and an uncooperative influence working within the physical forces of the body.

4. As we find, there are in the blood supply the indications of a deep-seated condition from a congestion - as from catarrhal conditions.

5. These make for thickening in tissue in portions of the mucous membranes of the body - as through digestive system, as through the throat and bronchi; and even in the organs of the pelvis, until these form nobules in the lymph.

6. They are not necessarily in the present of malignant or cancerous nature, but may become such if they are bruised or if there is a breaking of the cellular force - without the absorption through producing a coordination.

7. Hence there must be taken into consideration all such conditions in giving administrations that would be the more helpful for the body.

8. The pressure upon the nervous system of the body has been, through the involvement of so much of the superficial circulatory forces of the body, such as to at times cause a deadening - through the assimilation of some properties which have been taken.

9. Hence we have periods, when this is not so active, when there is insomnia - as well as disturbance through the digestive system - as well as conditions where the poisons in the system produce pressures upon the nerve system as

1762-1 Page 2

related to the centers between cerebrospinal and sympathetic; until neuralgia at times, neuritis at others, is a part of the acute conditions which arise from same.

10. As we find then, in making administrations for the body:

11. First we would give, there should be a period of at least two months when there would be at least once a week a thorough hydrotherapy treatment administered - at such a place as Reilly's, or the like. There should be included, first, the vapor AND dry air bath - that is, sufficient heat in the cabinet for raising the perspiration. Not sufficient to raise the temperature too greatly nor to put a stress upon the circulation.

12. Then, when this is just sufficient for same - that is, the vapor baths - or a steam - apply in same or with same the Atomidine in solution; to produce to the superficial circulation sufficient of the opening of the pores that there may be an absorption to the superficial circulation and the lymph as it works through same the properties to produce a healing AND a coordination in that portion of the system.

13. Also then the hot and cold water, alternately, would be a part of the application, to change very materially the vibratory forces in the body-system.

14. Then have the thorough rubdowns with the salt and rum, and afterwards with the camphor or the alcohol and the like; gradually allowing the body to come back to its normal reactions.

15. At such times, too, there should be - not all attempted at once, but each week for the first three - the taking of Colonic Irrigations; and then every other week the higher Colonics and the cleansing of the colon through these water treatments.

16. After the fourth week of these treatments, then these would be made a little farther apart; and the lower electrical vibrations would then be included in the treatment - those where the application of electricity is done through the application of the hands OVER the body; and these would be partially or particularly along the whole of the spinal system upon either side of the spinal column, and ACROSS the diaphragm area about or circling the body.

17. This would be an outline for the principal portions of the diet; not that this would be all, but these would be the principal - or the basis of the diet:

18. Mornings - whole wheat well-cooked, or citrus fruit juices (but not cereals and fruit juices at the same meal), or the stewed fruits. Stewed fruits may be taken with cereal, but NOT the citrus fruits. Cereal drinks are

1762-1 Page 3

preferable to tea or coffee. At times the meal may be changed to only the drink and whole wheat toast.

19. Noons - at least have a portion of this meal consist of a raw vegetable, or a combination salad; with either fruit juices, or vegetable juices, or vegetable soups. No fried foods at ANY time.

20. Evenings - for the most part leafy vegetables, and not too much of same. Use Yogurt in the evening meal, or before the evening meal a Yeast Cake AND then the vegetables taken afterward. Use the ironized yeast; this is preferable to the plain or just vitamin yeast.

21. Do these, and after these have been carried on for three to four months, we would give further instructions; that is, the three or four months including the first two of the hydrotherapy treatments.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Should both the Yeast and the Yogurt be taken, or just one? (A) No; only the Yogurt OR the ironized Yeast; for this is to act as a cleanser for the alimentary canal, as well as a better balance for the fermenting and the eliminations of poisons from the system.

24. (Q) What causes pain in upper abdomen at times, just below belt line? (A) As indicated, an inflammation from the catarrhal forces in the lower portion of the duodenum. Hence first the purifying of the system, and then the electrical forces about same, so that coordination and cooperative forces of the vital activity of the glandular system, the organs' functioning themselves, may be brought into a UNIFIED activity.

25. (Q) What causes backache and pain in lower abdomen? (A) The same as we have indicated, from toxic forces and from disturbances through those areas.

26. (Q) The poor eliminations? (A) Congestions through the liver and toxic forces which cause bad fermentation, and thus the lack of the proper peristaltic movement for eliminations.

27. (Q) Have I syphilis? (A) The reaction in the blood supply to this would be negative.

28. (Q) What is blood test? (A) As would be indicated from this, negative.

29. (Q) Why have I so little endurance? (A) Toxic poisons and the forces acted through the attempt to supply energies to the system.

30. (Q) Why does pain in my left ankle affect my knee? Can

1762-1 Page 4

this be cured? (A) As indicated, this is the result of poison pressures and is neuritic; and this may be eliminated when pressures are eliminated by poisons being taken from the system. Do as indicated.

31. (Q) Why does crack in my left wrist bone make use of same painful, and what will cure same (an old fracture)? (A) This is necessarily from the poor conditions of the blood stream, in that of replenishing and the affect of neuritic reactions. All of these will aid if they are applied in the manners indicated. If they are not to be used wholly in the manner indicated - those suggestions outlined - then do not take just a part of same.
