Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have those impressions and those conditions and those activities of [1767].
3. In giving the physical forces and disturbances with this body - that as might be helpful - we should consider all phases of the individual activity, as well as the disturbing influences or forces.
4. For as we find conditions are very good when all things are considered. While there is the inclination for the forces of the body as used in energies through the activities of the body to produce the natural acid tendency, this tends to make for a filling of the blood stream in such manners as to increase the pressures; as well as the activities which slow up the kidney and the upper hepatic circulation.
5. All of this as we find should be considered as those portions of the system that must be considered when suggestions would be given for improvements, or for those activities that would prolong or create a better balance for the life-giving forces within the body.
6. Not that there are any specific or acute conditions that need attention, for these are portions of the whole GENERAL system, rather than definite forces other than the inclinations indicated, and the tendencies for same to show or to be indicated in the activities of the superficial circulation - as the irritations in portions of the system, especially in those areas where the emunctory circulation comes closer to the surface portions of the body.
7. Then as we find, to keep the better influences or forces, other than the general examinations that are a part of the processes of activity of the body:
8. The hydrotherapy would be a part of the general

treatments for the body and osteopathic adjustments - in such as the Dobbins' manner - that would make for the relieving of tensions in the upper cervical and through the lumbar area; coordinating the rest of the body with same. These osteopathic treatments we would have in periods of two or three weeks, then leave off for two or three weeks. Or have regular periods when there would be the activities of such, as to keep the better drainages throughout the system, better eliminations; and stimulating the activities of those portions as we have indicated that are under stress and strain.
9. The type of hydrotherapy should be those where there is used the Fume with the Dry Heat, carrying such as the Atomidine or Tincture of Iodine in the fumes. This is because of the very activity of same upon the skin, as the massage is given afterward. The hot and cold spray, and the general rubdown. This should be about once a week, or three or four times each month.
10. These as we find would give the better influences and forces for this body of [1767].
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Any advice regarding diet? (A) Here we find those that have been accorded the body are the better, and those as the appetite calls for. Keep though more towards the alkaline, rather than too much of the acids.
13. We are through for the present. Copy to Self through Miss [1612] " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Hydrotherapist, and for Osteopath.)
