1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1770].

3. Now as we find, in many respects there are very good conditions; yet more energies and vitality are being used than are being created in the body.

4. Thus we find a lacking in the glandular forces of the body again, and that there are the needs for what might be called a "booster" for this activity.

5. Also we find there are the needs for stimulating better drainages from the system to the activities of the alimentary canal; as well as a stimulating to the superficial circulation.

6. These should bring a great deal of improvement and make for much better conditions. Without these, there are strains being put on the general blood system. This in turn works against the central nervous system.

7. Hence the tiredness, and at times not exactly a headache but a heaviness through portions of the body and a feeling of being not wholly lonesome but a desire for changes.

8. These are the reflex conditions through the body.

9. At least once each day, then, we would add to the body the vital forces as compounded in ADIRON. This as it is prepared is that as would be best assimilated and active with the system. Keep this up for at least six weeks.

10. About once every ten days, for at least two, three or four periods, we would have the general cabinet sweat and massages. Let there be at least twenty to thirty minutes of good sweating, then the regular shower or bath, followed by a THOROUGH massage - not so much adjustments but massage; followed with an equal combination of Peanut Oil and Olive Oil rubbed into the skin - and then the alcohol, to be sure. With these there would be used the sun AND the general atmospheric reactions, you see, for the stimulating of a better superficial activity.

11. Take precautions as to a little better eliminations. We would take a teaspoonful of ENO SALTS before the meals for two to three days in succession. This should be sufficient.

12. Do these; and as we find we will bring the better conditions for this body.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) What is the condition of the glandular system? (A) As indicated, this has been slowed up by the incoordination between the eliminating systems.

15. (Q) Should glasses be worn, or eyes tested again? (A) As we find, these had better be tested after the applications have been made as suggested here. But for close work or reading, use the glasses.

16. (Q) Is there any preventative for the receding of the gums? [12/20/63 Mrs. [1770] reported that the receding stopped after following the treatment and she had kept her gums in good condition throughout the years by using the Ipsab - still has her teeth.] (A) The bettered conditions as to the circulation will improve the gums, but there are the influences of pyorrhea - not serious as yet, though might become so. We would massage the gums with Ipsab every day for at least five to six days at a time - that is, at first; then do this every three to four days apart. Take at least three to five minutes to massage the gums with this, with either the finger or a tuft of cotton; rinsing the mouth afterward with a little of the Ipsab and then with clear water.

17. (Q) What is cause of ridges or markings on fingernails? (A) The glandular disturbance as related to the thyroids. But the stimulations or the "boosters" for the general system (the ADIRON), and the better eliminations established, should be sufficient in the present.

18. (Q) What causes excessive dryness or peeling of skin on bottoms of feet? (A) Poor circulation. Hence the needs for the massage and oil rubs, which should include the limbs - of course - and especially the feet, with adjustments in the muscular forces and bursa of the feet.

19. (Q) Is body receiving sufficient supply of chemicals needed? Calcium and phosphorus? Iron? (A) As indicated, these are to be added in the right proportions for the body in the Adiron, for the present. Exercises are good for the body, of course, and being in the open as much as practical is also well; but do these others as indicated.
