Time of Reading 10:15 to 10:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. Seattle, Wash.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1770]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, conditions are very good in many respects. There are some inclinations regarding which warnings might be given that would be most beneficial for the body.

4. In the present activities of the body there are naturally those strains upon the limbs and the lower torso.

5. When the body is ready to retire of evening, we would have a good, warm or hot bath, and then massage the limbs - from the feet and ankles to the body - with Peanut Oil; and across the small or lower portion of the back also, at the top of the pelvic bone. This will not only rest the body but will aid in strengthening the body-activities, and make for bettered conditions.

6. We find that the diets need consideration. There would be a helpful or beneficial effect from the body taking the tonic that carries the B-1 vitamins, the iron and the G vitamin. This particular type of combination is excellent. With the alteration that has been made in the Codiron, there is not the assimilation of the type of iron that is processed in same. Hence we would find that the combination of the vitamins in the "Enrich" as a tonic would be well, if there is the adding in the diet of those things such as the black fig, the activities of prunes and all of such natures. These added to some of those activities as may be taken will be found to be more beneficial. Hence if "Enrich" is taken with such foods added in the diet, it will be more efficient for the body than the supplementing of the diet with other vitamin preparations. Do not overtake same, but only as a tonic; adding to the diet such foods as the black figs, dates, prunes, grapes, and things of that nature - and of course the yolk of an egg at least once daily.

7. The head and neck exercise will be beneficial - just

about a minute of morning on arising, and at night before retiring; that is, one, two, three movements to the front, the same to the back, to the side, the other side, and then a circular motion to the right, to the left, see?

8. This would be more consistent if there were a variation in the type of lights under which the body works; that is, more of a flood light, or daylight.

9. These we would do, and keeping those precautions that have been indicated.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Would Alimentone help to decrease the mucous in my system? (A) Alimentone is very good. Innerclean is also very good. We find that Alimentone, especially with those fruits or dried fruits, would be well.

12. (Q) Should I have my eyes examined for stronger glasses? do present reading glasses need changing? (A) Glasses need changing, but we would change lights more than we would glasses.

13. (Q) What causes eyes to feel tired and hot? (A) Just as indicated, the character of the light used, - the shadows and shades that come from the character of lighting.

14. (Q) What is condition of my blood stream now? (A) As indicated, this is very good, though precautions should be taken for better eliminations through alimentary canal and the keeping of the better circulation in the lower portion of the extremities and through torso itself. The outlines given should take care of these.

15. (Q) Glandular system? (A) Very good.

16. (Q) Nervous system? (A) There is a strain owing to the stress between the deeper nerve force, or the central nervous system, and the superficial nerve system; from the eyes as well as from long standing.

17. (Q) What causes nerve pain below shoulder blades on right side of spine? (A) This is a part of those disturbances from the digestive forces. A little fat, here, needs to be taken; especially as from butterfat or dairy products. [See 1770-7, Par. R2.]

18. (Q) Would you give suggestions for the dryness of my skin? What should be used on my dry, rough hands? (A) Use the Peanut Oil, as indicated, and we will find this will change the whole condition of the skin in a little while. Should there become any disturbance or prickling from same, add a small quantity of Lanolin (dissolved) - a

teaspoonful, or half a teaspoonful to four ounces.

19. (Q) Is Tam, the laxative I'm now taking, harmful in any way? (A) Tam is very good. Its base, of course, is Senna - and it is less habit forming than most laxatives.

20. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) Keep the spiritual attitudes and attunements to the Creative Forces, to keep a normal balance through the body.
