1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1779].

3. As we find, much of the disturbance which exists is of a constitutional nature, or it has become more or less of a chronic nature.

4. Yet we find much might be done to revive the strength and vitality of the body, and thus give a much more near normal reaction through the physical forces of this body of [1779].

5. These then are conditions as we find them with this body:

6. The blood supplies indicate a bit of toxemia; or lack of proper eliminations; also the inclination towards anemia, - that is, a lacking in the quality in the red blood to give strength and vitality to the system.

7. Part of this is due to the toxic conditions, the sluggishness of the eliminations, and part to the lack of the elemental forces as necessary to create or to keep a normal chemical balance in the system.

8. Hence the periods of conditions when there is the lack of energies both in a mental as well as a physical way and manner.

9. This indicates then, that while there are coordinations in the cerebrospinal system with the sympathetic, there is not sufficient coordination. And at times the sympathetic or imaginative forces so override or overtax the cerebrospinal energies as to cause the body to feel very much mentally elated yet lacking the physical strength and activity to carry out that necessary for the activity desired by the body.

10. This disturbance in the blood supply is also indicated in the manner in which through portions of the system there is at times the feeling, or the recurrent condition of some

neuritic reaction.

11. It is the pressure upon the nerve ENDS in muscular portions of the body; as in arms and limbs, feet, side, and at times through the chest and shoulder areas.

12. Also there is the indication that in the excess at times of the leucocyte or white blood force, the cellular forces are stopped, where injury or abrasions may occur and form thickened tissue - rather than the scar tissue being removed properly from the system.

13. As we find, in making for corrective measures, -

14. It would we well for the body first to have, at rather regular intervals, a cleansing of the colon area. This may be done with colonic irrigations, or by using high enemas by self. Do not attempt to overtax the system through such; but use a saline-soda solution, body-temperature - this will be most beneficial; the proportions being a level teaspoonful of baking soda and a heaping teaspoonful of table salt to each quart of water used for such injection. This will remove the toxic forces and eliminate the after effects of same, giving the influence of a constructive nature so that the other additional applications of a mechanical nature will be most helpful for the body.

15. Also, at least three or four times each week, it would be well to have the deep-sea fish as a part of the diet. Have this broiled, boiled, baked or the like; NOT fried. For there is the need of such iodine reaction in the system, that may be had from this. Especially, though, should the fish be fresh. Do not use that which has been in storage for a great period; but fresh deep-sea fish.

16. Also we would take Codiron as a tonic and stimulant; this will assimilate if it is taken with the meals. We would take one pellet in the noon and one in the evening meal - during the meal; and take them every day for at least fifty or a hundred days, see?

17. We would use the Violet Ray (hand machine, bulb applicator) of an evening, three times a week. This would be used principally over the cerebrospinal system, from the base of the head to the end of the spine, on either side of the spinal column. Do this just before retiring, or have it done. Also use the Single Eye Applicator - not too strong, but gently, for about half a minute each time this is applied; and it will aid in relieving those tendencies for accumulations there, as well as stimulate the vision itself. Especially in using the bulb applicator, use it on the spinal system, and around the throat and neck, across the chest and across the diaphragm; this for about a minute and a half to two to three minutes, three times each week.

18. The electrically driven Vibrator would be well to be used for about thirty minutes, one day a week. Preferably use the Sponge Applicator. This will be found to stimulate the system in such a way and manner that the assimilations and the eliminations will be much improved. Also use the Sponge Applicator to massage especially over the pit of the stomach, then follow the alimentary canal - across the upper portion of the abdomen, down the right side considerably, and then across and down the left side; following the course of the alimentary canal; this in addition to the massage with same along the spine, you see. This would not be done fast, but very positively and consistently.

19. These will bring for this body, [1779], very, very much better conditions.

20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) What may be done to relieve bronchial congestion? (A) As indicated, make the application of the Violet Ray. Especially is this to be done over the neck and throat and chest, as given, see? This with the alleviation of the poisons from the system, and with the stimulation of the tonic in Codiron, will remove the disturbance there.

22. (Q) Why am I in a practically chronic state of fatigue, with intermittent sick headaches and the inability to get sufficient sleep? (A) As just indicated, because of the poisons and the toxic forces, as well as the lack of the energies in supplying to the red blood system. And the overtaxing of the sympathetic system by the suggestive forces.

23. Do these things as we have indicated, and we will bring the better forces for this body.

24. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (1/3/39 GD's note: Codiron is manufactured by the Lawrence Laboratories, Chicago, Ill. It sells for $1.00 a bottle of 60 tablets, $3.00 a bottle of 250 tablets.) )
