Time of Reading 3:50 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1779].

3. As we find, there is a great deal of improvement; yet there was the stopping too soon with the resistance-building influences in the system - the Codiron.

4. These as we find we would take, now, rather in periods - not merely as a routine; for these will aid not only in building resistance through portions of the system where there is the greater need of the more perfect circulation but will enable the digestive system to assimilate more of the iron as well as silicon for the system. These are necessary elements.

5. Hence we will find that the fresh vegetables, - especially such as asparagus, corn, beets and those of such natures - will be especially good as a part of the diet, regularly.

6. The manipulations have been very well. These as we find will need to be occasionally repeated - a series of six to eight, and then it may be a month or six weeks before they are given again. But if there will be the keeping close to those suggestions, we will find there will be continued helpful influences in the experience of the body.

7. And, most of all, keep that attitude of constructive thinking; making for that influence of no anxieties for self but more of the constructiveness in the experiences of others - as a helpful influence in every way and manner.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Should I continue the vibrator massages? (A) These are very well if there is the feeling of weariness, especially when ready to retire, as it will make for the better abilities of the body to relax and obtain more recuperative forces through the natural or normal sleep.

10. (Q) Should I continue the colonic irrigations? (A) If there is the feeling of an uncomfortableness, owing to the formations of gas or the lack of the proper eliminations, use the colonics rather than too much of laxatives or purgatives. However, if there is also used the pie plant as a part of the diet, it should enable the body to greatly correct the condition. Do not use too much of the sugar, or cane sugar. Beet sugar is much more preferable.

11. (Q) What has caused the slight temperature, also palpitating of heart, with a little pain? (A) The accumulations of poisons, and - as we will find - if at such periods there is a good irrigation, with not too high a temperature of the water, not yet cold, but just body-temperature, these conditions will disappear.

12. (Q) What would you advise for putting on some weight? (A) Those foods as we have indicated should be most helpful.

13. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (5/20/39 GD's note: See extra sheet of additional suggestions [which was enclosed] for those who are to give the manipulations.) .)
