1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions submitted, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have those impressions, those desires on the part of the body, [1789]; this we have had before in a manner.
3. As we find, the physical conditions are very much improved throughout.
4. (However (and this is not meant for [1789], nor even for her consumption!) [This paragraph left out of original copy, but included in copy to David E. Kahn.] there should be - on the part of those making for a helpful experience for the body - a consideration of that necessary for the body to find itself mentally balanced in its activities - and to use its abilities in the directions that are not pleasant at all times may produce a condition just as destructive as has been before!)
5. In the general physical forces of the body, as we find, there needs to be more of an outside activity, or more activity in the open air. Not so much in city or town, but as country, and the expression of self in creative arts or of that nature - if there would be the arousing of the mental forces as the better physical conditions are being manifested for the body, to find it spiritual and mental self in a normal balance.
6. This then we would do. Arrange so that there will be more open air for the body, and the ability to gradually take up its activities in the artistic line of endeavor, or in creative thought as in music or in more social associations.
7. These as we find, with the adjustments occasionally that are necessary to keep the better coordination in the

cerebrospinal and sympathetic system, should be the better for this body.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Why am I so retiring when I meet people? (A) Do as has been indicated and find a relief - rather than questioning self. For such questions build a resentment in the inner self, because of the not understanding of a nervous breakdown.
10. (Q) How many visits should I make to Dr. Dobbins and when? (A) Depends upon what the circumstances are and how far the other suggestions are carried out as indicated. These should be in accordance with the plans for the more outside activity, as to make consistency.
11. (Q) Is there any other treatment for me to take besides Dobbins'? (A) Keep in the open air more, and active in a social manner, as well as with hands and mind.
12. (Q) What foods are best for me now? (A) Those that are better body-building - keeping plenty of vegetables, plenty of the open air, plenty of those things that make for the better building. Milk, butter, eggs, meats, fruits, nuts, vegetables - all characters.
13. (Q) What exercise is best for me? (A) Dancing, running, walking, swimming and the like.
14. (Q) With whom should I associate for my best health? (A) That that's best for the body, and this should come by the natural selection of the body itself in an environment where there are those activities as indicated as being the better for the physical forces of the body.
15. (Q) Should I do any form of art work this summer? (A) That should be a movement from the emotions of the body, and not a forced issue. Just as there should not be the confined conditions, until it has begun to determine within self and for self what it desires to do!
16. (Q) Should I visit the Kahn's in Scarsdale, and attempt a little work in the country? (A) If that is desired, very well; but many varied things should be considered.
17. (Q) Are there any suggestions for the body at this time? (A) Do those that have been given first, and let's be consistent with the suggestions for the body. (And do not give those portions to this body that are intended for others! Separate them!*)
