1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, conditions are inclined to revert to many of the changing conditions that have been part of the entity's experience; while there have been many changes, some for better, some not so well for the body.
4. If the mental attitude of the body were to be changed, we find that a great deal of help could be brought to the body.
5. The conditions in the present, as acute forces arising from the pressures that cause a condition through the bronchi and larynx, may be materially aided if means would be used in this manner for bringing about greater activity through the respiratory system:
6. Make pressures upon the coccyx end of the spine to the left and then to the right, but at the same time holding a pressure at the center from which the larynx obtains its impulse for the circulatory forces as well as the nerve supply. This will be found to relax the system from the asthmatic reaction.
7. About once each day we would apply green Mullein Leaves (or these made into stupes) across the lower area of the sacral. Let such a poultice remain for at least half an hour. This may be put on rather damp, and as warm as the body can stand, with pad being put over same. Then these will relax the system so that the limbs and the activity through same will be materially aided.
8. Keep up the rest of those adjustments that have been made, as well as the constant suggestion for improvements by more association with those of WELL rather than sick individuals.
9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What can be done to relieve excruciating pain in her right knee and hip-joint? (A) As indicated, the application of the Mullein Stupes across the sacral area. If needs be, it may be put on knee also; but this should remove the pressure there, causing a better coordination and circulation through those portions of the system.
11. (Q) What should patient eat or do to regain her lost appetite and lost weight? (A) Eat whole wheat crushed, and this combined with fruit; and cereals of other natures, especially the steel cut oats - not rolled oats. These, with plenty of liver, liver extract, will tend to help gain weight.
12. (Q) Is the patient to weak to continue with the Epsom baths and massage as previously outlined? (A) These applications as suggested here are to take their place for the present. Do these, and we will bring better forces for this body.
13. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self, one for Dr. Champion Copy to Ass'n file
